Rhy'Din
My Dearest Zahan,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am doing much better these days. Lisbeth takes good care of me, and I'm getting stronger and healthier everyday, so try not to worry.
I miss you terribly and can't wait to see you. I'm looking forward to meeting your parents and hope you are settling in well with them. I'm sure they adore you. Are you keeping up with your lessons" Have you read any good books lately' I've heard the Harry Potter series is excellent. You should give those a try.
I'm sorry I'm not there to help with your lessons, but I'm looking forward to your visit. I can't wait for you to meet Lisbeth and Brynne and Lila. Lila is especially excited to meet you. You two are about the same age, and I'm sure you'll become fast friends.
I'm working on writing a book about my adventures in Africa, but I'm thinking about a children's book, too. What do you think" Perhaps I could write the words and you could draw the pictures. I think people should learn more about other parts of the world, don't you?
I know it's hard to understand how I'm from a different world, but once you visit, you'll understand better. Rhy'Din is a magical place where anything can happen. I even have a cousin who can introduce you to fairies. Her name is Lyneth. She's a few years younger than you, but I'm sure you'll get along fine.
There's a new girl staying here, too. Her name is Daisy. I don't know too much about her yet, but I'm sure she would love to meet you.
There's so much going on it's hard to decide what to tell you! Lisbeth is excited to meet you, too. I know you are going to love her. She is the sweetest, kindest woman I have ever met, and I love her very much.
