Topic: A Letter.

A white envelope with the word The Shimmerscales simply written on it in elegant red writing was found at the lair's entrance. Inside on white parchment was the following letter.

Dear Shimmerscales,

I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the kindness, friendship, and love you all have shown to me. I also would like to thank you for the lovely gifts that I recieved from you all on my birthday. Thank you ever so much I will treasure the gifts always.

Having awoken early, the dragoness was making her rounds through the lair, checking in on all the little ones to see if they needed anything.

After her rounds, she slid toward the entrance and stopped, moving toward the white envelope.

It did have their name on it, picking it up, she opened it carefully, reading it and smiling.

Soon afterwards, the envelope, letter and all would join everything else they had in their horde.

Darcy was a good friend after all.
