Waking near dawn, the dragoness peeked toward her slumbering mate, no, she couldn't wake him, not yet.
Slipping toward the entrance, through the waterfall, wingbeats soon brought her to the market place. She had a few items to pick up.
There would be nothing for the little ones, not yet, she planned on shopping with her mate for that. After all, he did hold the list...
Moving through the stalls, nodding to the people there, no one seemed to stare anymore.
It seems they had grown accustomed to the dragoness being there.
First, to the balloon vendor, a smile upon her snout. Anya's idea just may work.
Looking over the many shapes and sizes, horned head canted, she hadn't realized there were so many.
"Can I help you with something?", if the man thought it strange a dragon was looking at balloons, he didn't show it.
Well.., I was looking for something that could carry a bit of weight.
"A bit of weight?" Andrew thought for a moment, before pulling out a bag with a few different colored balloons, greens, blues, reds.
They will pop, won't they' She had to make sure.
"Of course they will pop" Andrew's brow furrowed, though he wouldn't ask. "Get them high enough, and they will break on there own.
Smiling as she heard that, the dragoness nodded her horned head, reaching into her wingpouch to produce a few coins.
You can keep the change, Andrew. "Thank ye Mrs Shimmerscale."
"If I may be so bold to ask.., just what are you planning?"
The dragon lowered her head, almost enough to whisper. Anya needs them for an experiment.
"Ah, do give your reguards to the Doc for me, won't you?'
Of course I will, Andrew, a dip of her neck, and she moved on.
What could she use for weight' The fork had broken easilly with very little pressure applied.
Past the vendors with multicolored fabrics, still looking over the tables.
Ice blue gaze caught upon a bag on one of those tables, marbles, and the bag next to them' Bouncing balls, there was a smirk as she remembered Aja in the rafters the night before.
Again she reached into her wing pouch, producing enough coins for each.
The vendor smiled, accepting the coins, and handed over both bags, and just because, the dragoness added a couple containers of bubble liquid to her order, those would be for Aja.
