Early morning, inside the main lobby of the MarketPlace Chamber of Commerce.

We find Brian Ravenlock, and some other gathered around a center table riddled with several pamphlets and cups of coffee, and maybe a cake or two...Some were seated, and others standing. Roughly it was about a half dozen or so, local vendors from the Marketplace and some local contractors as well.

"So this is it, then?" One of the vendors had asked, while glancing between Brian and a pamphlet in hand. "Sounds like a win, Mr. Ravenlock. But we've heard this before, an the Marketplace keeps getting the short end of the stick a lot of the time."

A few other nods, and mumbles were heard in response to the vendor. Each of them, giving credence to the man's words. Even Brian himself nodded, in agreement. Still that aside, the eldest Ravenlock looked down to a small map of the Marketplace itself on the table, tapping a pair of locations on said map with his finger, as he replied.

"That's true, Mr. Dunn" But even you have to admit, it's been gotten a great deal better than a few years ago, no?"

"Well, yeah it has?"

"You have more Watch presence, most of the crimes have been of the lower end variety—-"

"Well we did have that body they found nearby the other day." The statement coming from another one of the vendors.

Clearing his throat a bit, Brian replied. "Actually, that was near the Marketplace—- but I get where your coming from. We've also had a quick response on that as well, and patrol have been stepped up—- plain clothes and uniformed presence. But let's not get off track here, everyone."

"Aye, that project of yours, then." Asked someone else, with a raise of hand. "So you want to make some type of permanent stalls, or somethin" of the sort?"

Nodding, a bit Brian continued.

"More like a refit to some of the older stall areas. Instead of just having a place to set up a tent, I'd like to see actually vendor specific areas, for you all. Almost like small camping areas, they have on earth. I've placed an explanation, and some pictures for reference too. Each of those areas will keep the same dimensions as before, and will also feature actual barriers, about four feet tall or so, offering a bit more stability in regards to coverings and shelving units etc., and also running water and electrical hook ups, too."

A murmur of agreement came from one of the vendors, and was soon followed by others. Brian then glanced to the contractors, and motioned towards them in turn.

"These fine gents will go over some other details with you all. Like I said before, this is a proposal and we are looking for other ways as well to help you all, and to keep you here with us. We'll also be holding open meetings as well in regards to cross-promotions, and other events to showcase the Marketplace as a whole, as well as each of your unique stalls. Another thing, I'd like to do is establish a crime watch network between you all, and the other businesses here locally."

Excusing himself, Brian let the men get to talking as he made his way back to the office area. Other calls had to be made, and people needed to be notified.

It was time to get back to work.
