His normal work clothes just wouldn't do Ander Northlander not only owned Shimmer but he was its operator, and as such needed to dress the part, after trimming his beard and mushtach, a quick shower and the rest of his morning ritual, he pulled on a pair of mohogany pants and dark ember moccosin boots. After concedering and rejecting a fancy dress shirt, he grabed and pulled on a more comfortable but still nice earthtone gold shirt with light ember slightly flared sleeves. As was his usual style, the front was loosely laced but not tied the leather strip the same color as the sleeves, all that was left was to pull back his hair and put the hair ring in place as he was about to pull his hair through the ring he waved his hand in rejection and let his hair fall loose. As he walked across his apartment Shimmer took her place on his shoulder he slipped a clear crystal ring on the forth finger of his right hand, the ring acted as a key for both his aparment and shop doors (the top locking and the bottom opening). after a step outside and turn to place his right fist just under the door knob to lock it. It was down the stairs along the outside of the building to the street and store front below. The outside of his shop was by no means typical, the store front was black mother of pearl, the frame of the door that was centered and the frames of the two picture windows that flanked it were a narrow mosaic of clear crystals that faintly fleckered silver and ice blue. When the inside of the shop was dark the windows were black mirror but when the inside was lite black crystal display shelfs could be seen, the one in the window on the left displayed of colored crystal small flowers, birds, butterflies and jewelry while the window on the right showed daggers knives swords and arrows.
