April 4th. Late Evening- 11:28pm

Dragons. Dragons, as Elodie had discovered in the past twenty four hours were giant vicious pains in the ass. Quite literally. With the chase early morning that had ended with just a bite in her leg, and then the second encounter with the beast, where she fended her off with nothing but a metal pipe and a knife, and apparently she was rather delicious, as the dragon had pounced her, and kept her pinned as she bit and nibbled, then the beast dragged her off to it's lair where it locked her into a cage made of bones she didn't question, and nibbled away. The lightheadedness that came from bloodloss, the pain burning all across her body from the bites and pieces of her missing. How she passed out once she had downed her one and only regen potion'

Then the next day, where the black decided to make her into stew".she had finally managed to get free by rubbing the ropes that bound her against a rough spot inside the cauldron, and escaped with the help of a carrot and a very wonderful collection of ghostly friends, Grey and his pokemon.

Once she had escaped....well....Instead of going to the hospital and being taken care of like she should have, she went home, and dug up everything that she could find on dragons, and dealing with them. By the time she had finished, she knew where the weak spots were under the arms, and legs, and along the belly. She pulled some strings, and found herself some dragonsbane, and restraints big enough to fit, along with some excess chains. She was ready this time.

Perhaps she should have planned a little more, taken time and come up with a well thought out plan of attack" waited until she received her replacement caster" but she knew the longer the creature was out there, the deaths following in its wake would only grow larger. So she made a rash decision, based on her own personal wants, and the need to protect civilians from the menace.

It was late though, when she finally left her apartment, decked from head to toe in black gear. When she reached the lair, she wasted no time in descending onto the lair's entrance, silent and stealthy, as she worked, weaved her own web of a trap for the beast. A nasty one meant to incapacitate the creature, and hopefully make for easy capture. It was hidden well, before finally she stole away to a hiding spot downwind of the mouth of the lair. Yes, one might just be able to tell that it was a little personal. She didn't appreciate things trying to eat her one bit.

She might have been trying to sleep off the pain. One wing still on the ground at her side. It would make hunting a bit.....Difficult. Green eyes focusing upon the entrance of her lair. She could always find the carcass she'd left' Soon hunger struck, she'd have to hunt.

Soon sliinking toward the cavern entrance and out.

There was a trip wire there....Did she see it"

She hadn't of course. Nostrils flaring as she tripped the wire unknowingly.

Up above from somewhere there was a bucket and mechanism tied into it that held bucket full of water that had been brewed an infused with dragonsbane. In fact there was even pieces of the plant still inside.

The water soon hitting her scales and seeping in. Wings flaring as she started struggling.

Oh, she couldn't help but grin from her hiding spot when the trap worked....And well....for now, she'd wait for a moment or two, before she started moving for the beast, approach cautious.

A pained hiss as she lay still a moment. Wings trying to work, but failing. Dragonsbane infused water soaking into her scales, paralyzing the beast's muscles.

She watched as her wings struggled, while the rest of her was falling still. It wasn't too long before she was finally slipping from her hiding spot, a cocky grin stretched across her face. "I told you you were gonna regret trying to eat me." Said as she came to a stop. She didn't move too close, incase she was still able to move.

Trying to snap at the woman, but even her jaws wouldn't respond.

Once she was certain that the dragonsbane had done its work, she was moving in close, and pulling out heavy metal shackles from the bag slung over her shoulder. Once those were out, she wasted little time in securing them.

Nostrils flared, and may have even bled a little, Drool dribbling down the black's jaws. Her muscles still wouldn't obey.

It wasn't long until the last shackle clicked into place. Then she took a step back and paused.....Now what"

A hiss sounding. Obviously not happy about being captured.

"Yeah, whatever." Mused back at the dragon, before she was finally digging her phone out so she could make a call.

She was still trying to move, though the dose of dragon's bane had been a bit...Heavy.

The struggling brought her attention back to the dragon, and she snapped with her free hand! "Oh! Almost forgot." Then she's digging something else out of her bag! A muzzle, by the looks of it. She slipped the straps over her head, then started fastening each strap so that it fit against her scales snugly, restricting her ability to bite or even open her mouth. With that done she felt comfortable enough to hit the call button.

If she could just get her muscles to work. Another hiss sounding as the muzzle slipped over her head.

Grey slowly appears off to the side, sitting on a dumpster with Haunter in his lap. He's smiling almost a little too cruelly as he keeps his attention on Echo. "Revenge is sweet, isn't it?"

"Hiss all you want." To the dragon, before her attention shifted back to her phone.

"Hello! 2Lt. Spencer speaking. Uh.....I caught a dragon, and I'm trying to figure out where to go from here." Pause. "I caught a dragon."

Pause.

"Whaaat' I'm serious. I got some scars to prove it." Pause. Heavy sigh.

"Alright, alright. Yeah. Okay. The watch. Got it."

Pause. She glanced towards Grey when she heard his voice, and grinned wildly.

"Alright! Thanks!"

Then she slid her phone back into her pocket after she hung up, and dug through her pockets for something. "Oh, it's wonderfully sweet. I think I'm going to carry dragonsbane with me from now on. Just in case."

The trainer can't help but smirk before saying: "You're welcome." At that point, he'll drop off the dumpster and stride toward the dragon before poking its snout with his foot.

Another hiss, trying to move her head away from that foot.

"Welcomed for what? I would have gotten free eventually. You just made it a little easier." She stuck her tongue out. It was clear that she was playing. "How long does this stuff take to wear off?" The Dragonsbane, as she needed to get Sinestra to the 27th watch Division, so the dragon was no longer a problem for her.

"That part, I don't know. But I think I can help transport her," he says, stepping back and then releasing Gyarados and Charizard. "Lift her up and we'll take her to....Where are we going, Echo?"

"You just made this ten times easier. We're taking her to the watch, where they can take care of her. I'm not sure but I have a feeling that she's been quite a menace down in dockside." "Sounds like a plan to me. Lead the way, boss." So, Charizard and Gyarados will try to pick the dragon up.

One wing soon managing to twitch as she was lifted.

With her previous words, she patted the dragon's head in a condescending manner, then after a thought, she ran her hand along her scaled side, searching for any loose scales. She may just want a momentum of sorts to remember her first official catch that hadn't been assigned to her. Once she had found that scale though, she'd start leading the way.

And Grey, with his Pokemon in tow, will follow right along. "How's your shoulder?"

She obviously was not a happy dragon.

"Fine." She paused long enough to pull her shirt aside to show him how it was healed, missing flesh and everything. Though, where the flesh had been gone, the color of the new was angry and pink. "She didn't kill my last regen potion last night, and I'm super glad. Cuz I probably would not have made it without."

"Well....being a ghost really is not that bad," he says with a grin and a hip bump.

A clanking soon sounding, Seems the dragonsbane was just starting to wear off.

With that, she cackled. "I can imagine that it's not.....But I'm not so ready to die just yet. I don't think I could kick ass like you as a ghost. And well....There's still a couple of asses out there that need kicked by me so." Cheery and chipper grin. Though the sound of the clanking chain had her eyeing Sin. She still had several vials of the brewed mix, and a few more sprigs of the stuff as well. And she wasn't afraid to use them.

"Do you want to paralyze it again?"

"Maybe. Give me a moment. Depends on how fast it wears off."

"Okay, if you're sure. I can also have Haunter hypnotize her, if you want."

"Dragonsbane is more fun."

Her neck stretching, though the muzzle locked around her jaws would keep her from biting.

Attention drifts to Sin for just a moment as Gyrados growls threateningly. Behave yourself!

A growl as wings both started to flare.

"Keep struggling and I'll give you more." Simply, and spoken to the dragon as she walked.

Flight muscles already trying to work.

"Echo' Are you going to blow her face full of dragonbane?" Yeah, he's getting a little worried as Gyrados and Charizard struggle to keep her grounded against those wings.

"Nope." It was hard to tell if that was for Sin or Grey. But she did pull a vial of the stuff out, and aimed to pour it in her mouth, through the muzzle. And she even tucked a couple sprigs into the muzzle as well. Extra measures. She could never be too safe.

Wings flapped, then flopped, and soon hung still as her muscles had locked once more.

"Good dragon." The words were crooned, before she glanced down the street, and grinned. She had remember the way alright, as the 27th division of the watch was in the distance now.

"You'd make a good Pokemon trainer," Grey remarks as they get closer.

Head loling as the dragon's bane remained in that muzzle.

"You think" I don't even know the first thing about being....one of those." Spoken thoughtfully, before she chewed the inside of her lip in thought, and her fingers traced over the edges of that loose scale she had freed.

With a chuckle, Grey will explain himself. "Pokemon trainer. That's what I am. Think of it as an animal tamer, but these animals are gifted with powers."

It took a moment, before finally she laughed. "Riiiight. The higher ups back home would be thrilled if I did that." She snorted softly, then grew a little quieter as they approached the building.

Wings still dangling as they drew closer. She didn't want to be there!

As they come to the Watch HQ, Grey is smiling softly as he looks over his shoulder. "We'll see you on the other side," he says, cruelty on his voice. Then attention goes back to Echo as they stop outside. "I'm just going to leave her here. You can take care of the rest," he says once they arrive, calling the two serpents back into their Pokeballs and dropping Sinestra on the ground. "I'll see you later, night hunter," he calls behind him as he starts walking away to find more trouble.

If she could knock the dragon's bane out of her muzzle, she would, though all she could do was watch as they drew near. The drop eliciting a hiss.

"Alright. Night Grey." Offered after him with a smile, before she eyed the door of the watching building....Then, because she needed to keep an eye on the dragon, and not leave her unattended, she scooted towards the door and yanked it open.
