Alleged Homicide Victim Arrested in Red Dragon Inn June 13, 2010

R.D. DISTRICT, RhyDin —- Alleged repeat offender Judah Bishop was taken into Watch custody Friday night outside the Red Dragon Inn charged with resisting arrest, the Ministry of Justice said Saturday.

Acting Constable David Lo declined comment on the arrest pending further investigation, but sources claim three justice officials were needed to subdue the suspect outside the relatively untenanted tavern establishment Friday night. Both Lo and Deputy Minister of Justice Jin Mishin were accurately identified as having taken part in the arrest.

Bishop was originally connected with an ongoing murder case as an alleged victim. RhyDin local Salvador Delahada was taken into custody under charges connected with the case on the twenty-seventh of May by Watch officer and self-named Seraphim Knight Neo Eternity. The Ministry has thus far refused to comment on details of the case, but sources claim Bishop was still spotted in excellent form near the Red Dragon Inn days afterward, regardless that the original body remained in Watch custody. No word yet on whether allegations of a second assault on Bishop are false.

"Both bodies are currently in the custody of the RhyDin City Watch," said O"Rourke Saturday. "Complete autopsies have been done to determine any pertinent information regarding both Mr. Bishop's case as well as Mr. Delahada's."

Despite this new development and the confirmed arrest of Bishop, Delahada still remains in Watch custody at an undisclosed location pending further investigations.

"We are pursuing leads and investigating both cases to the best of our abilities," said the Minister of Justice. "Rest assured, I will get to the bottom of these incidents and determine whether either of these men will stand trial."

According to authorities, Bishop is currently being held in a secure cell at the R.D. Precinct Watch House, with restricted access to visitors.

"He has, in fact, requested an attorney to represent him during these proceedings," commented O"Rourke. "The identity of that attorney is being decided upon currently. And as far as a trial goes, I'm afraid that I'm not at liberty to discuss that. We simply do not have all the facts needed to make that decision at this time."

Deputy Minister Mishin could not be reached for comment.
