The body of a twenty-seven year-old woman was found today in an abandoned warehouse in Dockside district by Watch patrolmen in the area. An unknown assailant or assailants decapitated, dismembered, disemboweled, and disfigured the body identified as 27-year-old Kaylin Jacobsen. Authorities announced that the identification was retrieved by a clear set of fingerprints. However, while the case has been ruled as a homicide, the cause of death and dismemberment has yet to be determined.

According to crime scene investigator and arcane analyst Emelio Reyaz, the victim appears to have died at some point between eleven P.M. and three A.M. the night of January the sixth. Watch members who found the remains have described the massacre as "unreal."

"I have never seen anything like this in my entire career," Watch sergeant Greg Massore said. "There was blood everywhere. The victim' she was everywhere. I saw veterans who have been on the squad for twenty years lose their lunch. It is horrific."

"Chunks of her hair were stuck onto a bone like a freakin' paintbrush," one terrified Watch member said. "Pieces of her body....lumps of flesh were hanging from hooks attached to the rafters. It looked like she was ripped apart. Like they were trying to create a disgusting work of art with a human being. Oh god....so much blood....Oh my god....I can't think about it....so much blood...." said one terrified Watch member.

Local dockside workers are encouraged to halt their business activity while the investigation is underway, as there appears to be no clear motive for the crime.

Anyone with any information is urged to contact the local Watch immediately.
