Who is Harold Lee" Many of us have seen this gentleman around town, often in the company of Montgomery Scott. But what do we know about him"

Recently, I asked Harold sixteen questions. Settle in with a beverage and get to know the fascinating Mr. Lee.

How long have you been in RhyDin"

Ah, I think it's been about four months. Seems like longer. We were headed home, but my front door kinda had other ideas.

What is the one thing about life in RhyDin that you love"

Besides my fiance, Scotty' My apparent ability to still, even after meeting a freaking potato that plays mariachi, be surprised by weird crap that I run across. I swear. That talking dog had me freaking speechless.

Is there anything about RhyDin that you would change"

I wanna say....that I'd make it safe. But maybe not. That'd be too easy. So I guess....I'd have brought more of my friends with me. Made them willing.

There is a story about you riding a cheetah through the wilds of a place called New Jersey. In the same story, there was mention of stealing a car, can you tell us this story"

Dude, I only just got done telling Scotty that story, how'd you get hold of it' Wow.

I'm, like— or I used to be— this huge stoner, yeah' And I had this roommate, my best friend, his name was Kumar and we got these epic, epic munchies— —okay, it's a really freaking long story. You'd be here....a few hours if I tried to tell it, man. The short and skinny of it is that surreal crap comes at me in waves (anyone sick of that metaphor yet"), and through....a massively bizarre series of events involving Doogie Howser, a White Castle, a raccoon and some weed, I got arrested. We were bolting from this police station and all-of-a-sudden-freaking-cheetah. And I'm standing there freaking out, Kumar's about to throw me to the thing, and he has the idea to get the cat stoned.

It wasn't long after that, in our stupor, he thought it was a good idea to ride that thing. A top tip for your, uh, readers" Cheetahs are freaking fast but have no. No. Sense of direction. And if you pass out around Kumar Patel, there's a damn good chance he'll lick your face. Or draw a on your face. But, uh. That was a different time.

And, uh, yeah. I stole a car. But they totally deserved it. Prick chucked this— rock at my head, bounced it off, and I— well, I kinda explode, when I've had enough crap. Sometimes it's a calm explode. I snatched those keys off the hood and ganked their car. Hey, I needed a ride. Nearly drove it off a cliff, too. Pretty proud of that. ...and, ah, not entirely unrelated" Turns out Kumar had a pretty okay singing voice.

We have heard you have a very interesting work history as well. Jobs such as book keeper, Captain's Yeoman and an accountant. Which one of these jobs have been your favorite"

Ah, yeah. I kinda think it was being Yeoman, because I was— really, really nervous but I did it anyway. And with Scotty's help, holy crap. But in the end it's book keeper. Just because it's kinda the only thing I ever did that I went looking for. Wasn't handed to me or pushed on me by someone else.

What do you think makes for a successful relationship"

Whoa. Really awesome question. I guess— keep trying. As long as you have love, the rest you'll work out, because you want it bad enough. Don't stop trying, or get too frustrated and give up. It's worth working through, whatever the problem is. Oh, and— don't expect anything to come easy. The best kind of trust or bond or whatever is what you earn together.

Who do you think is fascinating to watch"

Scotty, working. Well. Uh. Scotty in general, but....he has these amazing hands, and the most— beautiful mind. I swear. I could watch him work all day and never get bored. I feel honored, getting to.

What is something most people don't know about you? What do they miss when meeting you?

Another good question. That one's....stumped me for a little while. Most people don't know....um....that I have a twin brother. I, uh. Didn't start out with one, but....the multiverse is a really, really weird place. And most people probably miss that I'm quicker than I look. Living with freaking Kumar hones your move-the-crap-out-of-the-way skills. —wait, no. I wanna give a more meaningful answer than that. I have a really weird, convoluted, and kinda painful history. I figure most people probably have no idea just running across me in the bar. Most of it, I'm good with people not knowing. I think I probably look pretty simple. ...so, uh, yeah. Honest truth of it.

If you knew you were going to be stranded on a deserted island - what 5 things would you take with you?

Scotty; something to write with- I wouldn't need paper, I'd have Scotty; something for Scotty to fix - probably a communication device, or maybe just a shuttlecraft, actually; food; water.

What do you admire most about your best friend"

Scotty is....unfailingly, purely decent and amazingly strong at the same time. There's so much I admire about him, but I've gotta say that kinda permeates all of them.

Who is your favorite bartender"

Hands down, Scotty. Not just because he's fun to distract, either. You may be getting sick of that answer by now, but....I'm good with it.

Of all the official-type bartenders, though, I like Amber. She ate my crappy first-time pancakes.

Do you like Jello"

Jello's good with me. Long as it's not playing mariachi.

Do you untie your shoes when you take them off"

Nope. I kick those suckers off. When I bother wearing 'em. I'm a barefoot kind of guy, when it's not freaking freezing out.

How do you feel about garden gnomes"

I give 'em a wide berth, mostly because they kinda remind me of Keenser.

How big is your tab at the Inn"

Should be nil, I pay that thing off pretty quick. Being in debt makes me nervous.

Have you ever fed the stew"

I don't think I have, but I did beat the crap out of it with a spoon this one time. That dent in the side of that pot' All Harold Lee, man. It's a good dent, too.
