Speculation Surges Over Nexus Fluctuations August 26, 2013

New Haven, R.D. —- Scientists at the Weather Service Center in New Haven released a statement today regarding the investigations made into reports of several isolated Nexus disturbances around the city. While the disruptions appear to be random and details vary among claims, the majority of reports indicate that the source of this energy can usually be attributed to impermanent two- to three-foot anomalies that appear to exist in varying states of physical matter.

The investigation is currently being headed by Doctor Wiley Green, a physicist from the center's research department.

"As to the exact reason for these disruptions, we are unfortunately still in a state of speculation at this point," said Green, "but from the data we have accumulated so far, these phenomena may be attributed to some kind of nodal fallout. For one reason or another, the web is exhibiting wild fluctuations of varying time and concentration."

With the root cause unknown, the extent and resolution of this problem appears difficult to establish.

"The locations and intervals between instances is too random to pinpoint the source just yet. We have reports of some lasting only a few seconds, whereas other anomalies remain much longer. There is no telling when or if this situation will get better" or worse. But rest assured, our people are working on it," said Green.

RhyDin residents, should they encounter or recognize any signs and symptoms of Nexus fallout, are strongly encouraged to contact the hazmat team temporarily set up at the Weather Service Center in New Haven, who will attend to each report individually.
