- The RhyDin Post's black and gold logo flashes with an epic, orchestrated introduction theme. The logo spirals off the screen, and displays a high-tech news studio with flat screen television sets, and a massive, glossy black desk. Two men sit behind the desk. To the left (Peter Pham) is in his early thirties, of Asian ethnicity, has gelled black hair, and is in a black suit. To the right (Chris Reed) is of Caucasian ethnicity with dark brown hair, is in his late thirties, is wearing a navy, and has a vertical scar running down one side of his face. Both men, equipped with headsets, smile at the camera. Chris, however, looks down and begins writing something. -

Peter: How's it going, RhyDin" I'm Peter Pham, sports columnist!

Chris: - Distracted. - And I'm Chris Reed, former dueler.

Peter: Welcome to the Post's continuing coverage of the Tour de RhyDin! Tonight, we're pleased to bring you -

Chris: - Interrupting. - Ah-HA!

Peter: What've you got there, Chris"

Chris: The newest design for my CrushBob t-shirts.

Peter: - Looking over. - Uhh' that's a little graphic for a regular tee, Chris.

Chris: It proves a point' CrushBob will render every opponent into a disgusting, bloody mass of pulp. Heeeeey! I see what you did there! Graphic tee! Ha ha!

Peter: That's not really what I"

Chris: You're FUNNY, Pete! Ha....Ha....- Crumbles up the design and tosses it at Peter's head. - Ha.

Peter: O" K. Now I don't even remember what we're doing here.

Chris: Wasting perfectly good oxygen.

Peter: Speak for yourself.

Chris: HEY!

Peter: Where was I" Oh yes. Tonight, we're privileged to bring you another fists installment from the Tour de RhyDin. This particular footage features two new fighters.

Chris: That's right, Pete. Two new fighters, and one new team.

Peter: From team Great of Strength, we've got Drake Genais. What do you think about this fighter, Chris"

Chris: He's dressed a little funny for getting his face smashed in. A lab coat' And what is he, about 5"9?" Kind of small for being on G.O.S. if I may say so myself.

Peter: Not too small. Besides. Look at Bonarat, for team CrushBob.

Chris: True, true. I don't think I've seen Genais around often in the rings, though. At least not the fists ones. We'll see how the newest addition to the G.O.S. team works out.

Peter: And our other competitor is from a newly-registered team. Aramis from team Victory's Secret.

Chris: Hey, that sounds kind of like"

Peter: Don't say it, Chris.

Chris: Oh come on. It's so easy! And their colors are purple and gold! Pleaaaaase, Pete"

Peter: Need I remind you that we're dealing with people who fight for fun"

Chris: Pff. He's pretty scrawny. I can take him.

Peter: We'll just see about that. Until then, what can you tell us about this new team"

Chris: I'll just say this, Pete. Victory's Secret is coming in pretty late in the game. That's going to put them at an obvious disadvantage point-wise.

Peter: You don't think they can own up to some"

Chris: Even if they do, they've already missed one and a half cycles. That's one heck of a handicap. Victory's secret is going to have to haul some major tail to start racking up the nobles if they want a shot at the jerseys.

Peter: Well. This match is Kyu vs. Dan, so that shouldn't be too bad of a win for either of them.

Chris: Let's have a look, shall we"

- Roll footage Round 1. FL/SnK 1-0 Aramis. -

Genais: Seeing the incoming leg, he reaches out in an attempt to take hold of it, but finds himself unable to grab it. He can do nothing but take the hit. "Hmm..."

Chris: " Really' Hmm' He gets nailed, and all he can say is "hmm?"!

Peter: Maybe he's tougher than you think.

Chris: Please. I have been dueling for more years than I would care to admit, and never once in my life have I said "hmm' after I got kicked.

Peter: You never struck me as a thoughtful person, anyway.

Chris: Hey!

- End footage Round 1. Roll footage, Round 2. CH/JB 2-1 Aramis. -

Aramis: From the kick, he got back into his stance, fists before him, curled with fingers that faced him, both bent at the elbows. He struck a straight for Drake's jaw and landed, getting a strike in his shoulder for good measure.

Genais: He brings a simple knife-hand strike down upon Aramis's shoulder, even as the punch connects.

Peter: That's a double-hit. Not bad on Genais" part, actually. There's no way he can't see that fist coming, but he goes in to complete a point anyway, rather than blocking it off.

Chris: Maybe he just wasn't quick enough to bring the arms up.

Peter: I would say Genais is looking a little aggressive, but I honestly wouldn't be able to tell you if that was the truth.

Chris: Not someone I would have pegged as being drafted onto G.O.S., that's for sure! Whose draft pick was that"

Peter: Anyone know" Write us at the Post!

- End footage Round 2. Roll footage, Round 3. SW/SW 2-3 Aramis. -

Aramis: He moved for a sweep, grabbing Drake by the shoulders and meaning to take him from his feet. "Mon dieu!" He went tumbling to the mat. When he rose he took a knee, genuflecting, and made the cross over his body.

Chris: OH! Oh I like him! This guy's got style! Where the crud has he been hiding"

Peter: Run away, Aramis. Run while you can, before you have an illegitimate fan club made for you.

Chris: Hey' that's actually a pretty good idea. A fan club!

Peter: Oh god" I'm giving him ideas.

- End footage Round 3. Roll footage, Round 4. DU/FL 2-3 Aramis. -

Peter: Close one, Aramis! But he reaches too high here. Let's take a closer look.

- Slow motion. Zoom in on Aramis overreaching, and Drake crouching to narrowly avoid his hands. A white arrow is drawn onto the still shot to follow the line of the grab. -

Peter: If you're going to grab someone, go for the wrists, or upper arms. Aramis goes in flat-palmed, here. He hesitates, and Genais sees it. That costs him.

Chris: He who hesitates is lost.

- End footage Round 4. Roll footage, Round 5. AB/CH 3 All. -

Aramis: He made his fingers into a blade and chopped right into Drake's waiting block.

Chris: Now Genais is going on the defensive. Look how quickly he takes advantage of his opponent's recovery time" Aramis goes in for a grab, stumbles, and tries to recover with a quick blow. Not. Happening.

Peter: Absolutely. You can see here how his elbow angles out a little bit"

- Pause. A white circle is drawn around Aramis's elbow as he prepares to chop. -

Peter: Word to the wise. If you're going to follow up with a secondary attack, switch hands, or feint it. That was an obvious tell, and Genais saw it coming from a mile away.

- End footage Round 5. Roll footage, Round 6. SnK/SnK 4 All. -

Aramis: Leather boot hefted high, he made a downward striking motion into Drake's middle, and got caught with the same strike.

Genais: He snaps a boot up toward Aramis's mid-section, taking a similar attack in return. "Hmm..."

Chris: Oh come ON! Nobody says "hmm"!

Peter: He does.

Chris: He's wearing a lab coat. Surely he's got an extensive vocabulary. If not, I have a list of very colorful words to express one's frustration.

Peter: I have to give it to him for suffering in silence, though. That one had to hurt.

- End footage Round 6. Roll footage, Round 7. FL/FL 4 All. -

Chris: Oh now they're ticked. Ref! Call the referee! Get them off each other!

Peter: Both go in for a grab, and wind up grappling. I'm surprised no one hit below the belt. That's one nasty round!

Chris: I'll say. This match is getting heated!

- End footage Round 7. Roll footage, Round 8. JB/SpK 5-4 Genais. -

Genais: He can see the big attack coming long before it has any chance of connecting, and thus brings a straight punch in to Aramis's face to end the duel in his favor.

Aramis: Those boots weren't made for ease of movement, and he got caught with a jab mid-turn.

Chris: Ouuuch! Before Aramis can even wind up, Genais is on him!

Peter: You were saying about speed"

- Camera pans back to the studio, where both men are having a discussion. -

Chris: Genais is pretty average, speed and build-wise. I'd say his advantage lies in his ability to strategize.

Peter: And what about Aramis"

Chris: Definitely agility. That guy's body is built for speed. If I were him, though, I'd dress more appropriately for my next match. That getup isn't fit for fists!

Peter: Be that as it may, it's good to see another team out and about. For a minute there, I was afraid the Tour would consist of nothing but repeat duels!

Chris: It looks good though, Pete. The competition is thriving, even after a cycle is already concluded.

Peter: That being said, we need to remind you that we only get footage over some of the duels! If you know of a good duel or a challenge that you want covered, don't hesitate to write us, and we can do our best to check it out!

Chris: Or even get it live! The RhyDin Sports Network has expressed huge interest in the Tour! Who doesn't want to be on television"

Peter: Looks like that about wraps it up for us on this one! As always, I'm Peter Pham.

Chris: And I'm Chris Reed!

Peter: You stay sporty, RhyDin!

- End tape. -
