A lone cloaked figure, a diminuative stature adorned on a plain cloak with the hood pulled up to obscure its face. An air of confidence and power surrounded the figure, something that if anyone recognized it would be amazed at the change. A small hand lifted up high pushing back the hood, revealing the coppery mane and glacier blue eyes that stared straight ahead. The face still held an innocent look upon it but her eyes reflected the changes that have taken place over the time she had been gone.

"I wonder if Ghost and my Troll are still around and other of my friends I use to know. They most likely have forgotten little Cassy, but now I have come back."

Cassy just smiled as she made her way towards the Inn, she would stay there temporarily till she found her own place to live. She made her way there, some of the people on the street turned to watch her, yet she noticed them not.

Entering the Inn, the smell of liquer and food assailed her nostrils, which made her smile. "Some things never change..." She remarked as she approached the desk and rang the bell for service. She waited with patience for the Inn Keeper to answer the call. As he approached he noticed a strangeness about Cassy, though he did not know who she was.

"May I help you Miss?" He inquired respectfully for he was sure that though she looked innocent , something about her told him she held power of untold source.

"A room for temporary use till I find a permanent place to live. good Sir." Cassy stated with respect for his station as Inn Keeper, plus she was always polite. The Inn Keeper pulled a key and held it out to Cassy. "That will be 10 Silver Crowns a night or 60 for a week, paid in advance." Cassy nodded and pulled out 60 silver crowns and handed them to him. Taking the key she rubs her thumb over it and then heads upstairs to her room. Arriving in her room she removed her cloak and hung it up, she still was neat and clean, having kept Ghosts house for him while she lived there. Under the cloak she wore black leather pants that clung to supple curves and a black biker jacket that had *Lil Princess* embroidered on the back. down past her hips was a holster that held a silver baton which was about eighteen inches long with a few buttons on it. Only those familiar with the technolgy would know for a Light Saber just by what they could see.

Cassy laid down on the bed and reminisced about the life she had left behind here and how she wondered they fared finding her gone. She did not wish to leave like that but the danger was all too real, the Force had told her. She always followed the voice of the Force, it had never steered her wrong so she had left leaving no word of where she was going or if she would be back. Now the danger has passed and Cassy has come home.

Cassie decided she would get some employment and find herself a more permanent place to live. Yet for now she would meditate and then get some sleep, as the days ahead would be filled with interesting adventures.

Cassy spent time working as a mercenary, most could not tell she was blind so it did not matter, she knew her duties and performed them well. This took her many places around Rhydin and occasionally beyond. The pay was quite good, yet down town she would get bored and wandered around the town. She thought about Peatters and how he use to take her riding on his huge motorcycle. Also Vixen and Old Fox, they had taken care of her many a time. The one she thought of the most was Ghost, she missed him terribly and remembered taking care of his home when he took her in.

Those were the days when she feared many things, but still the followed the guidance of The Force. When she left, she knew those had taken her captive had made her more dangerous and following the words of the Force she caught a freighter to other places. She had money in her account. She drew it all out to make her journey.

Through Cassy's journeys she came to recken with herself and purged the danger from her mind, it took months of meditation and constant focus on the Force. She had training sessions with herself and in time she learned what the Force wanted her to know. She was well balanced in the Force, she knew others took sides, but she would not, the Force was her guide and she followed without question. This made her a good canidate as a mercenary. As those whom hired her learned quickly she was warrior to contend with, nothing got past her on her watch and most of those she traveled with would get where they were going without too much trouble.

Cassie went to the Inn at night when she was home, to listen to people talking and to enjoy pleasant atmosphere. A couple times she felt a stirring in the Force, as it gave warning not to show her hand. Cassie knew whom ever it was had more training than she did and sat on one side of the Force, and by the signature it was the Dark Side.

Cassie just kept quiet and smiled to herself as she heeded the voices of the Force inside her mind and body as they guided her away from trouble. She would drink her tea and sit quietly listening to the conversation that took place around her, even as she focused on the one whose signature was that of the Dark Side. Afraid she was not, but cautious she was, for those that followed the Dark Side were unpredictable. Being unpredictable made them overly dangerous, and in her travels she had met a few and had to deal with them in her own way and with no help from others.

Cassie also knew they would seek her out first chance they got and she would have to deal with them at that time. She would not run away like she use to and letting those around protect her from the bad men out there. Cassy learned that no matter where you went, there were bad men everywhere and there was no Mr. Peatters around to protect her and no Ghost. She came to accept that and dealt with things as they came in her own fashion.

Cassie kept walking past the pet store and Mr Rabbit came to mind, he had finally died of old age, but had lived a long rich life as a very spoilt bunny. She thought about Mrs Rabbit and all the Baby Rabbits she had after Mr Rabbit had gotten out of the yard and brought Mrs Rabbit home. Cassy chuckled remembering the difficulty Ghost had trying to explain where all those Baby Bunnies came from, of coarse Cassy knew now, so it became something to giggle over.

Laying up in her room later that nightafter a visit to the Inn, Cassy remembered the two young men that came into her life. Kris, whom had another love, space. Then there was Valen, a rogue of sorts but he protected her as did the others, but she also remembered Ghost's concern and made his concern known with Predator, his big gun.

Valen had taken her many places on his motorcycle, if he could only see her now with her own motercycle, a Harley Cruiser specially designed just for her. It was deep purple with chrome trim and the wheels, she had saddle bags were purple and with silver studs all over it and on the gas tank there was a picture of Mr Rabbit on both sides. The handlebars resembled tusks like Mr Peatters had that would not come off. The motorcycle fit Cassy it had a little bit of memory in all of it, even a holster for her Light Spear. Most of the time Cassy kept that in the holster attached to her calf, that way it posed no real threat as it would take her time to reach it, to the dismay of many whom had that thought.

Laying in her bed Cassy knew she would have to seek a place to live soon, but so far some of the places were not to her liking and using the advice of the Force she kept searching. Cassy's eyes got heavy as she drifted off to sleep, tomorrow was another day and she would seek out other places to make her home.

Cassy finally found a small dwelling she was able to rent, so with her meager belongings she moved in and got busy cleaning the place up. She stored away the groceries she purchased once she knew the place was hers. It was not as spacious as Ghosts had been but it served its purpose and within time she would make it comfortable for herself to live in. It had a few items of meager furniture and even the bedroom had a bed. Cassie with the aid of her friend, The Force, beat the matress till it was clean and hopefully free of small parasites. Once the bed was made Cassie took a quick bath and cooked herself a small bite to eat. Cassie settled on the floor cross legged and lent herself into her meditative state. Cassie dwelled on the two men that had entered the tavern, the poor female, if the voice was correct upon her ears. Cruel and filled with darkness those two that showed no mercy to their victem and the hatred she sensed from the others towards these men washed over her like a tidal wave. The one she had sensed in the tavern before and was cautious enough to not allow him to detect her. The other held a familiarity as if they had met before, but when and where? She did not know his name, but the signature he emmited was so familiar yet Cassy was unable to place it. Where had they met and when, she let her mind drift to her many teachers over the years. not one had his signature, but she knew that signature and she made a plan to seek him out and learn who he was and how she knew him. Cassy's Momma was gone and could not tell her, and her adoptive Father would of definitely not known and if he did he would never tell her. "Sith and those using the Dark Side of the Force are very dangerous and you young lady will practice neither in my house." He use to say to her when he came home from his flights beyond the planet. Little did her adoptive Father know, she was guided by the Force and there was no Light and no darkness, only the Force. It was how she was able to get around without much help. it was true she could have surgical implants put in to make up a set of eyes for her but she refused. "I am what I am and there is no need to change me." She would say whenever it was suggested. She also turned away from pity, for she was never something to pity. It actually made her angry when someone showed pity, turning away she would head off to vent steam and deal with her anger getting it back under control. Conversing with the Force always calmed her inside and made things easier to understand and it made Cassy wonder how come others had not found the way as she had. They would be more complete if they would let the Force be their guide, instead of harnessing it as if it was a power to possess. Cassy just shook her head and went over the events in her mind, and remembered they said something about the chained Inn or something of that nature. She would seek this out and learn as much as she could of these two men, especially the one that held such a familiar signature.

Cassy finally got settled in and everything set up as she wished, there was even a place to store her bike, which was her pride and joy. A gift from Peatters and Ghost just before she left Rhydin never to return. Now she had returned, what brought her here she did not know, but the two men had definitely caught her attention. She knew just what to do, she began to make plans to research the two, delve into their actions just to see who they were and why people was scared of them. Cassy knew fear but she followed the advice of the Force and it had never led her astray. The following day she headed to the library where old newspapers were most likely stored on data base of some sort. She took with her a special device that when slid over the page it read the writings for her. It was something she picked up on her travels and it had come in handy more than once. One by one she started to scan the papers and store what knowledge she could about the two. It seemed when someone, most of the time female, came up missing they seemed to be behind it. She also found many missing persons that may be linked to them. "Hmmm, this is quite perplexing and it seems there is nothing or no one able to stop them. At least according to these papers and from what I heard that night. Yet why is that one so familiar" Where have we met?" She remembered the people that seemed related to the female that they dropped off spoke of a Chained Inn and Cassy knew that is where she would have to start. First she would have to find this Chained Inn and observe all that went on there. If anything she would most definitely learn of what was so dangerous about those two, other than she could read their signature in the Force and it was very dark and forbodding. The one thing Cassy did know was that she would have to be careful and keep herself quiet and unnoticed till she could figure things out and deal with them when the time came. If there was a bounty she would try and collect it, if she could, but most of all she was determined to learn of the One's identity and find out why he is so familiar. Besides, as she grinned, she had nothing better to do when not being the mercenary she was at the time. A job that fit her, for she had learned much in her travels and now she got paid for her services.

Cassy returned from the docks where she had witnessed dark dealings through the voice of the Force. The docks seemed to be the central gathering of dark dealings, yet none could say much about this so called Chained Inn. Cassy wondered if fear held their tongue or was it just that they turned a blind eye to what was going on. She was only one person and those she had spoke to may have been protecting her from the horrors whispered in the night. "I really need to find this Chained Inn and see what it is all about." Cassy stated out loud as she settled upon the bed inside her room. She sat cross legged and closed her eyes to meditate. She let her mind process all the Force showed her and what her other senses could add to the information. She could not get from her mind the reason the one had such a familirarity but something in this place had to reveal the knowledge being held from her. Mother had hinted a couple times about her true Father but that was it, and Cassy had given up on finding him. She just could not get the one out of her mind, but once she found the knowledge that was locked away on his identity she would be able to move on and settle down in a new place where she would not have to roam anymore.

Time passes and still Cassy was no closer to learning that which she pursued. Still she collected papers and studied the comings and goings of Rhydin closely. Sitting cross legged in the middle of the room she opened her mind to the Force and drifted into meditation. If she was going to get anywhere she needed to allow the Force flow and follow the flow. She closed her eyes and listened to the voices of the Force. The Chained Inn was a picture in her mind, debauchery and horrors on whispered of by many of the denizens of Rhydin. Yet the One she sought was linked to it, his face a black picture in her mind, but the voice holding a familiar ring to her ears and mind. "Who are you, why am I linked in the search to learn who you are?" Cassy whispered to no one as she sat in the middle of the small room. There was no answer to her question, at least not till she found him and confronted him. Time has been quiet and little to no indication of activity on his part did she detect lately nor with the other that seemed to be just as big a part of the one she sought. What was the two of them total scheme of things" Why were they feared as such. She knew their darkness, and the sense of horror that surrounded them, if she knew names it would be clearer to her on their where abouts and what they were truly about. Rising from the middle of the floor, Cassy stepped to the window, not so much to look out, for blindness has its limits, but to let the lifepulse of the city to reach in and touch her with the knowledge she knew was out there. A lifting of her cloak, it comes to lay around her shoulders, hood grasped and pulled to cover the rest of her features. It was time for another trip to the library and then the docks to find a new scent she could follow to bring about the knowledge she sought. The streets seemed almost lifeless as Cassy made her way to the library, she felt as if she was the only one that lived within the city, with those streets so empty. Yet within the shadows two beings took up the hunt on Cassy, as they viewed her as one lone pedestrian that none would miss. They plotted, as Cassy quickly sensed the danger through the Force. She prepared herself unobtrusively so that when they did make their attempt the surpise would be on them. The two moved through the shadows till Cassy reached just the right spot, a blind spot to the street sentries and they laid down their ambush. The battle ensued was swift and to the detriment of the two Hunters, for as their hands reached out for Cassy, a dual snap and hiss of the activation of her Lightspear. The dizzy swirl of red and glue as it cut swiftly into each of the men that thought her an easy target. They fell under her onslaugh of strikes, yet both were left alive to face justice. "Never underestimate your opponent, no matter how dainty they may seem, you could be facing a tiger." Cassy's soft voice filled the night air around the two men. The two men looked up into frozen glacier blue eyes that were blind, yet the small round face held a dark visage even though she gave them mercy to live another day. Another snap and hiss is heard as the Lightspear is put away and without a single word her small hands pull the hood that had fallen away from her face was back in place, she turned and continued on her way to the library. The two men were left for the authorities and a story to tell, but whom would believe those two big muscular males was whipped by a diminuative blind girl. Yet it was the truth, but even a glance around showed no witnesses to collaberate the fact. Only their word against a person the authorities would have to seek out and question. A mystery unfolded within the city and whom would solve it as Cassy attempted to solve her own quest.

The library doors were pushed by small hands, which preceded a cloaked figure whom followed a rush of air into the main entrance of the library. The figure had been there before and the matron gave a nod as those two small hands lifted and the hood fell back revealing those coppery tresses and glacier blue eyes.

Cassy knew exactly where to begin, from times she had been here before researching things about the two she had been watching and studying. Arriving in the section that held literature written Braille she resumed study to learn of any more dealings the two she was watching had undertaken.

Elusive, she had learned, that they were emmerging when they were after attention, which they did so by causing fear and dread among the populace. She was getting a bit frustrated in her efforts to learn more, and yet she kept coming up with the same name, The Chained Inn.

Folding up her literary readings she and returning them to their proper spots, since nothing new was between those pages she decided to head back home.

Lifting of the hood once more to cover her features she gave a silent nod to the Librarian and headed out. Stepping outside she was met by a large crown whom spoke of two men whom claimed to have been dropped by a tiny female, wearing a cloak and sporting coppery red hair. The other spoke of eyes that were so light blue they were alomost white when they stared at the two of them.

Cassy turned into the opposite direction and took the long way home, she cared not for crowds and that seemed to be a riot.

Cassy continued the round about walk back towards her small apartment. Using her full array of senses she manuevered herself through the back streets and away from crowds as she headed for home.

She felt them following her, whom they she was not sure, but there were quite a few in number. In her mind a plan formed as she kept herself moving, she waited to she sensed an alley that held no exit.

Her senses picked up on the alley just as she turned the corner of the next street and ducked easily into the blind alley. She moved all the way to the back of it and waited.
