"The Elves show up when they please and the Humans are probably mixed up in some other conflict like they always end up." Growled Colonel Apollo, a member of the Apelonian race. The Apelonians instead of humans, matured on their world centuries ago much like the Kobolds representatives , sitting across the conference table.

"You are holding out on us, lizards. What is it you know about the attackers" About the fall of the Dynasty's forces upon their worlds?" Colonel Apollo was growing increasingly agitated in the room. His life was better spent ground pounding on some distant world for his race. Not in a room talking. A Kobold standing no taller then four feet, swayed his tail behind him slowly with a snarl from his snout. "The Galianstin Dynasty pushed their power too far this time and someone pushed back. They liked to nudge further, press harder and work themselves into things that didn't or shouldn't concern them. They were power hungry and clearly upset someone." Colonel Apollo uncurled a finger and pointed at the Kobold across the table from him. "You know, who this attacker is, speak their name little one. We will remove them and make them wish they were never born among the stars." The Kobold snickered. "Perhaps, that is exactly what the Galianstin Dynasty said shortly before their demise?"

An Apelonian moved quickly into the room and over toward Colonel Apollo's side upon all fours. "Sir...we've just received word that the Human ship that was supposed to meet here has been destroyed." Apollo perked a brow and turned his head. "That is what they get for sending a transport and not an armored vessel. Probably pirates." "No sir." Retorted the Apelonian soldier quickly. "Our long range scans show it was a carrier. There's not much left of it. General Dukar is sending one of our Destroyers to meet with the Human vessels to investigate who attacked." Colonel Apollo narrowed his eyes on the soldier a moment, then slowly turned his gaze over the table at the Kobold there. "The ones you spoke of? The ones the Galianstin Dynasty pushed too far" They did this, didn't they?"

The Kobold gave a slow nod of his head. "Unfortunate, but the Humans and Galianstin's do look similar. If they tried to hail the attacking vessel, no doubt they were seen as simply Galianstins. I should tell you now, that our destroyers and cruisers as of this morning, are being pulled back to our core worlds. Our outer colonies are being evacuated as we speak. The Kobold are not going to be seen as foe, like the Galianstin Dynasty was."

Apollo growled and rubbed a hand under his chin. "You know who attacks, who destroyed and cast the Dynasty into ruins. Yet you refuse to speak of them. Are you afraid, little one?" The Kobold snickered back with a lifting hand and wave of a small clawed fingertip at the Apelonian Colonel. "You would be too, if you knew their power and their ability. They are the best at what they do. They won't grant mercy to any they believe hold an alliance with the Dynasty. You'd be wise, to advise your General to usher your destroyers back to your core worlds for protection. Stay away from the Galianstin worlds. You'll only find trouble there, Ape. The Galianstin Dynasty, pushed too far against a foe they should never have crossed. You'd be wise, to stay clear."

Colonel Apollo growled and waved a hand as he slid down from the chair and moved upon all fours quickly for his waiting transport back to his ship in orbit. The Kobold Ambassador turned to one of his guards. "Signal the Cruiser in orbit, we're leaving. The Apes will learn, as will the others. You don't poke the beast and not expect to be bitten."

"This is the Apelonian Destroyer Degundei sending out a distress to any vessels in the area. We are under attack by an unknown vessel. Taking heavy casualties. We are unable to jump into hyperspace and are..."

Three Hours ago...

"I want every gunnery crew standing ready on the plasma turrets. Torpedoes stand at the ready!" General Dukar of the Apelonians moved from the forward tactical station back on all fours to his chair on the command deck. His destroyer was accompanied by seven others. "General, the ship is badly damaged. So far the team deployed hasn't found anyone alive, sir. The other destroyers haven't found any sign of the vessel that attacked our sister ship. Their continuing scans near the moons in the system but as of yet it's like a ghost attacked." General Dukar adjusted the hat upon his head and the cigar shifted between his lips. "Alert our outposts in the neighboring systems. Get me Colonel Appolo and Colonel Gregor. I want to be speaking to both of them within the next hour. Friggen Kobolds, they know something and yet they insist on keeping their snouts shut. Conn, signal outpost thirty-four and outpost forty. I'm going to need troops should we find these ghosts."

"I said lock down section four!" "We're trying, but the forces in that section of the base are being over run sir!"

Colonel Apoc growled as he looked over the security screens in the base's control room. Automatic weapon fire on several of the screens from his forces as they engaged the enemy. Plasma blasts cutting through his troops like a hot knife through butter. Blood splattered against the corridors, blood from his own forces. Five sections, levels, of the base had been breeched by the enemy. They were powerful, fast and heading in his direction. "Get me General Dukar I said!" "I'm trying sir, but the flash traffic from all levels is making it hard to open a clear channel to one of our satellites in orbit to get a message out bound." The communication system was lit up like a christmas tree on the twenty fourth. Sergeants and Lieutenants reporting their status and asking for more troops where there was none to give from the command level. "This is Lieutenant Reno'fe, I need more troops to hold Section Eleven. I'm taking heavy casualties. I just lost my sergeant from a damn spear!"

Colonel Apoc slammed his large fists against a console and cursed. The main doors to the command level were hit by something hard. Then again as the Colonel's gaze slowly turned toward the massive doors of steel. Slowly he reached for his sidearm at his hip and eased the weapon from the leather holster as he motioned to several troops to take up defensive positions. "Sir! I've got a message out through Relay Satellite Three!" Colonel Apoc cocked the hammer back on his sidearm. "Good, they'll get here just in time to pick up the bodies...Ours."

With a loud explosions, the steel doors caved forward into the room. Six giant spears of metal shot forth into the command station and impaled several troops in the process. As troops opened fire with their automatic weapons, plasma bolts came flying into the room and smashed into that of control consoles, display screens and Apelonian alike.

A scene of chaos and blood. Life cut short in less then ten minutes. Colonel Apoc groaned as blood oozed from his wounds. He tried to get up off the floor but would only fall to his back among his fallen troops. His vision somewhat blurry with blood as he blinked a few times up at the tall figure before him. Thick dreads spilled over the figures broad shoulders. The thing watched him for a moment, before a pair of wrist blades extended from a wrist gauntlet. The last sight the Colonel would see this day.

Undisclosed Military Orbital Station...

"Give, you know how to contact them. So do it! Have them call of their attacks in our controlled sectors." Growled Colonel Apollo of the Apelonians. The Kobold Ambassador perked an almost smile along his muzzle across the table at the Apelonians. "Interesting choice of words. Controlled, Sectors" From what our intelligence reports speak of your sectors are anything but under control at the moment." Though smaller, the Kobold race held pride in their accomplishments among the stars and knew of the bold and quite self centered Apelonians and their so called causes. An Apelonian of green fur puffed away at his cigar as he glanced between the Kobold Ambassador and Colonel Apollo before he'd speak. "I am General Dukar and in twenty cycles I've never lost so many troops and ships in a conflict among the stars. What would we need to do, in order to call off their attacks?"

The Kobold Ambassador sat back in his chair some with a slow intake of breath at his nostrils. "First, I'd pray to whatever gods you worship. Second, I'd send a peace envoy to the Rhydin Star System. Have them wait by Rhydin's largest moon. They'll be contacted there. Be sincere in your desire for an end to this. I'd advise you not to screw up yet again by way of your pride, Ape." Colonel Apollo growled over at the Kobolds as General Dukar gave his Colonel a warning look before turning back at the Kobolds. "I will send a vessel to where you speak of. I hope this conflict can be put aside finally."

"Indeed." Commented the Kobold Ambassador. He'd seen the intelligence reports from the fighting zones, systems. The Apelonians were losing colonies and space quicker then they could afford. Soon they'd be pushed all the way back to their core system. The Kobolds in truth, didn't care much of the Apelonians loosing ground among the stars. It merely meant less Apelonian Destroyers they'd have conflicts with and a wider gap in their controlled systems.

"I hope for your sake, General, that you stand down and whatever ship you send is at it's best behavior."

The Apelonian General Dukar, shifted his hat upon his head before taking another puff from his cigar as it was slid from his lips. "So, we pull back from these systems. We stop sending our ships into these systems looking for minerals and materials for our culture and we leave these outer systems completely alone." A tap of a finger over a map upon the table before him. Colonel Apollo growled as he turned aside to his General. "Dukar, I say we tell them to shove it and take this one out now." "Apollo, watch your mouth. He's not alone."

As if on cue, several figures came into view as their cloaking fields were turned off. Tall as the figure before them. Reptilian in first glance. Thick dreads spilled from their heads and around those unique bio masks worn to their features. That undeniable clicking, growling rumble that perked from them. Beings of old. Perhaps one of the first to reach the stars so long ago. Perhaps the best and worst the galaxy had to offer. The feared, the deadly, the silent hunters that were the Yautja.

"I'll go back to our leaders and set forth your proposal. I make no guarantees, but we'll see. I trust your cultures attacks on our ships and installations will hold until our answer comes back?" A slow nod from the figure directly across from them. "All right. Until we speak next, I'll have our ships in nearby systems pull back. Sometimes being a younger race, you get into trouble in places you are unfamiliar with."

A tilt of head from the tall Yautja across from Dukar and Apollo. Thick and rumbled came the voice from behind the mask. "No....excuse..."

"Apelonian Carrier, this the transport Algary. Stay clear of the Nosgla System. I repeat, stay clear of the Nosgla System. We are heading for a Jump Point to put distance between us and that neighboring system. Unknown vessels have over taken and destroyed the Outpost in orbit and upon the planet. We are vacating with an over flow of survivors."

A growl perked forth from the Apelonian Colonel on the bridge of his Destroyer. "Human vessel....we do not run from a challenge. Flee as your weak kind will. We, will not part our planet here. There are seven million Apelonian troops upon our planet below and our orbital defenses can deny any fleet!"

"If you're religious, Apelonians, I'd start praying than. Algary out."

A grunt from several of the crew upon the bridge of the destroyer class vessel. Watching the human transport engaged it's main engines as it made a jump to hyperspace.

"Colonel, we have confirmation of several damaged vessels escaping from the Nosgla System. Perhaps we should investigate?" A glare over at the grunt from the command chair. Shifting of limbs as he rolled about and than sat upwards in the chair. "Not our circus, not our monkeys." A few snickers and grunts from those about the bridge as an indicator light perked on a lieutenant's console. "Um....Colonel" Visual scans have an image of vessels. They are closing with less than five thousand meters." The Colonel Apelonian snapped his jaws and shook a large furry fist at the lieutenant. "How did they get so close? That is impossible we did not detect them sooner than this..." As the lieutenant worked his console of switches and buttons, the view screen came to life showing nearly three dozen massive vessels of unknown configuration. A slow stand from his chair, their Colonel's teeth gritted slowly as his eyes as those upon the bridge would take in the odd vessels. "Signal our Starbase in this Sector. Under attack by unknown threat. Will hold the line as long as we are able. Send ships ASAP. And signal the planet and the orbital defense platforms. We're about to have company..."

"All" You can't be speaking the truth! Surely there is a squad or several left on the planet' The Carrier on Orbit' It's bomber craft' You are telling me millions of our soldiers are dead and gone?"

Colonel Gregor shifted the 'cowboy' like hat upon his head before a spit to the flooring upon conference room. General Dukar slid his cigar from his lips. Glancing between several Apelonian Colonels at the table. Colonel Apollo spoke up after a pause of cleaning his assault rifle. "I blame those Kobold's. They talk much about this unknown race, yet they speak little in terms of details. They know more and do not share with us their knowledge. I say we send several capital class ships to one of their starbases and make them tell us exactly what we are dealing with."

Colonel Gregor tipped his brim over toward Colonel Apollo at the other end of the table. "Bold, for the Kobold. I like it. "What of this treaty the Kobold's say they have with this...species?" Inquired General Dukar as he perked a brow below the brim of his cap. "Treaty' General what of our own treaty with them' Should they not be made to share information that could help us save Apelonian lives" Perhaps they know how to hit this species in a weak point."

"All right, Colonel Apollo. I'll assign another twenty-two ships to your fleet of vessels. Head to an outer starbase of the Kobold's. Somewhere they won't have ships to slow you down too much. Find out what information they have upon their computer systems about this, race. Once you've picked your starbase to, inspect, relay back to me and my fleet here. And do not engaged this...unknown if they show up. You will order your ships to Jump out of that system."

Colonel Apollo picked up his rifle from the table as he moved into a barefooted step for the doors. "They show and it will be a slaughter." Grunted the Apelonian on his way out. General Dukar puffed once more at the cigar replaced between his lips.

"But which...would be slaughtered upon such a meeting."

Five Apelonian Frigates exited hyperspace upon the distant fringe of the once great Galianstin Dynasty. Though powerful, the Apelonians were playing it safe for the moment as their ships headed toward a lush world at the edge of the system. Many onboard the frigates had heard of the massive death toll of the Galianstin Dynasty. A powerful race in their own right, the Dynasty had conquered many systems to claim as their own. All of them, gone now. Where did they go' Who or what had seen to their extinction and for what reason"

At a little over 1500 meters in length, the Apelonian frigate design was in truth partly stolen from the power hungry human race known as the Alpha Theetis. Though the Apelonian frigate could take on a Alpha Theetis Cruiser, it would have trouble in a one on one match with an Alpha Theetis Heavy Destroyer. The Apelonian frigates had their energy defense grids up and gunners were at the ready in the control pods for the twenty-four heavy plasma cannons the frigate carried as her main weapon system. The two fusion missile launchers were at the ready and technicians watched their screens for any enemy craft to lock onto.

One of the few Apelonians to meet a Yautja and live to tell of it, was that of Colonel Bargo. An Apelonian with mostly dark hair and specks of gray upon him. The left side of his face, from over his left eye on down past his cheek was riddled with heavy scars. A Yautja plasma blast nearly took off his head if had not moved back in time for just a 'scraping' of the left side of his face. Perhaps it was that very event that made him so dangerous in the days since then.

"Tactical?" The word nearly growled from Bargo. "Sir, our ships do no detect anything moving around or upon the planet. Plant life detected, but as far as other life forms, negative." Bargo turned slightly upon the bridge of his frigate and tapped a dark finger to a console to activate the communication system to the main hanger bay.

"Captain Tarshin?" Inquired Colonel Bargo. "Tarshin here, Colonel. Myself and my soldiers are ready to depart for the planet on your word." Bargo glanced at the large screen upon the bridge and the images of the planet before them. "Captain Tarshin, take your soldiers and find out what happened here. I'll relay the order to the other frigates to drop down to the planet in the designated points of interest. Your mission is to investigate the odd building at the edge of the mountain South of the once great city of Marshalin. Begin your transports departure, Captain."

The planet was in ruin. It's cities, once the pride and talk of the galaxy, were now little more then rubble and ruin. Plants had started to take over. Growing here and there from holes in the streets and gliding upwards against buildings that once caught the sun's glow. A six legged scorpion looking walker laid in the street. Plasma burn marks riddled the once giant weapon of the Dynasty. Like a ghost town, there were no bodies to be found. Buildings with huge pieces missing from them and all sorts of military vehicles from once working hover tanks to mechanical walkers that now stood still to welcome that of rust upon their final resting place. It was eerie. Like a massive battle had taken place and yet, nobody was left to speak of it.

"This is Captain Doeba. I have twenty squads searching the buildings near the plaza. No signs of anyone, dead or alive. From the look of the structures and the war machines sitting here and just rusting away, I'd say it was one hell of a fight. Over." Captain Doeba shook his head and shifted the assault rifle in his right hand. A motion to a lieutenant of his squad and they proceeded out to check for any data to be recovered from one of the seemingly dead scorpion walkers at the side of a street in lean to a building.

Little by little tidbits of information was being put together from the large search teams about the city. In the South, Captain Tarshin and his soldiers were finding something they had not expected.

The entrance to what appeared to be a military type facility had been blown open somehow. The marks upon the massive double doors of metal showed burns. As if a high powered plasma cannon had been used, but one on a much larger scale. Like that of a ship weapon. There was an odd feeling, sensation by the Apelonian soldiers as they followed Captain Tarshin into the complex. Here, unlike in the city to the North, there were bodies. Brutally torn up and cast about. Some looked as if their spines were torn out of them and simply tossed aside while others seemed to have had their arms torn right off of them. Not a one, had their head upon their shoulders.

"Galianstins." Spoke Captain Tarshin as he gave a slow nod of his dark face and head of hair toward three torn up bodies laid out before the entrance into the complex. The Apelonian soldiers with him shifted their rifles at the ready as Captain Tarshin held up a dark hand to give them pause as he listened.

Nothing. Not a sound. It was as if a void had swallowed up the events of this planet. They were here however to find some clues, find some truth as to what had happened to the Dynasty.

Proceeding into the complex slowly with the bounty of three hundred Apelonian soldiers behind him, Captain Tarshin still didn't feel safe even with that number at his back in support. "Corporal, get me some light in here." A Apelonian moved off to the side and set down two suitcase like containers. Working a console open on a wall and inspecting to connect several wires from the suitcases once opened. There was a flicker and then a slow rising of light with in the complex.

More bodies. Same as those found outside it would seem. Heads off and spines torn out with several missing arms as well. Most were riddled with large puncture wounds or holes from some type of energy weapon. "All right, teams divide up and locate any information and or data that can tell us what the hell went on here." Captain Tarshin looked upwards slowly as he stepped into a larger hall way. The complex opened up and he could see at least two more levels above at either side of the walls. Metal railings and thick doors, like that of a prison cell laid the hall.

"What the hell did they do here?" Muttered Tarshin.

Little did the Apelonians know, they were being monitored.

A Kobold Frigate laid near the second moon of the planet the Apelonians were so busy with. The Stealth Device, was fully active and aided in disrupting sensors and scanners of the Apelonian ships in detecting the Kobold frigate in orbit of the far moon. The vessel was just under 900 meters in length and held a deep sea like blue to the hull, with three 'fin' like structures coming out toward the back. Kobolds ranged in height from a little over two feet tall to four feet tall on average. Reptilian in look, perhaps that is part of the reasoning behind the treaty they held with the Yautja species. On any account, they were not stupid. In fact, they were some of the smartest beings in the galaxy. Their size mattered not in conflicts among the stars and they proved it time and time again.

Kobold Major Etoc adjusted his uniform as clawed toes tapped upon the flooring on the bridge of his ship. A cunning tactician and combat veteran, he had been dispatched by the respected Kobold General Preadonis to keep a watchful eye on the curious Apelonians that had traveled into the once great Galianstin Dynasty territory. Or rather, what had been the Dynasty's territory until the recent turn of events in the past year.

"Hmmm....they will only find more questions here." Commented Etoc as he watched the holographic display console, showing the planet and the Apelonian ships in orbit of it. "Major, long range scans show they have over four thousand soldiers about the planet. Various cities and facilities they seem to be searching." Etoc shook his reptilian head. Like that of a small dinosaur, the Kobold took a slow walk around the holo display upon the bridge of his ship. "Leave it up to the Apes, to always throw more then they need into the mix. They never learn. Always pushing that of more troops and less brains into situations." There was a snickering from several of the bridge crew and Etoc let it go. He had no love for the Apelonians. He had lost a brother to their kind in years past and would forever believe them to be dumb humanoids. "Prepare a message to be coded and sent back to General Preadonis. He will no doubt wish to inform our Yautja friends of these Apes looking for clues. They may not care what the Apes find, but it is best to let them know all they are here all the same. Include data on WY Ship we came across before arriving to this system. No doubt the Arbitrator's daughter Aella, will wish to know that the scientist Donna Brighton and her marines are getting messing around in the asteroid belt. They will have more then us to deal with, should they start their trouble in the surrounding systems." One of the Kobold on the bridge murmured quietly. "She is hot." There was a bit of snickering about the bridge but Etoc would not silence them. "Yes." He would comment. "That is one human, Yautja hybrid I wouldn't mind warming up with."

"Captain Tarshin to Colonel Bargo. Sir, we've found some interesting information on one of the terminals my tech crew was able to get power to. Almost finished downloading the files in an odd assortment of data entries." "Tarshin! This is Bargo! Get your troops back to the ships and evacuate from the planet now!" "Colonel, we are not yet ready to or are we finished with our...." "Get your monkey butts up here now! We have incoming!"

In orbit of the planet, three hyperspace jump points opened up in a swirling of color. Exiting the jump points was that of three Heavy Destroyers and four smaller Cruiser Escorts.

"Colonel I've got match on the ships. It's the Alpha Theetis Humans!"

The Alpha Theetis Humans were as bold and dangerous as the Apelonians or several other races about the galaxy that felt they were 'entitled' to whatever they wished to claim as their own. On board one of the Alpha Theetis Heavy Destroyers was that of Captain Takita. At a length of over 1,900 meters long, the heavy destroyer with it's weapon systems out matched the standard Apelonian Frigate. Missile launchers alone. Captain Takita smiled over his cup of coffee on board the bridge of his destroyer. "Signal the other ships. Open fire and let's clean out this system of these baboons."

Heavy particle beam cannons and railgun turrets opened up on the Apelonian frigates. The Apelonians returned fire with their heavy plasma cannons as they awaited the landing parties from the planet to return.

Quick as able, Apelonian drop ships started to leave the planet and speed toward their Frigates in orbit. Missiles from the Alpha Theetis ships impacted to several of the drop ships. One of the Apelonian Frigates turned toward port and used herself to block enemy fire upon the returning drop ships. She didn't last long with the impact of heavy railgun fire from the Human ships. Her forward hanger bay section was cut into and explosions plagued with in the vessel's forward section after that.

"Colonel, Captain Tarshin and seven of the drop ships have made it back on board." "Colonel Bargo rubbed at an ear and growled some as he gave a motion toward the view screen on the bridge. "Alert all ships, open jump points and jump from system to Outpost three sectors away. Fire Fusion Missiles! Come about and open a jump point, now!"

One of the heavy plasma cannons blew off it's turret with the impact of a heavy railgun round. As the large cannon drifted away from the Apelonian ship, a swirling jump point was opened in space and the Frigate leapt forward as it made the jump out of the system. Two more Apelonian ships would follow as the other remaining frigates were too heavily damaged and as they made their last stand in space, the Alpha Theetis ships drew in closer to finish them off.

Colonel Bargo moved about his bridge slowly. Repairs were being made to several sections of his Apelonian Frigate. "Captain Tarshin, you've made progress in those files you acquired from the planet yet?" Captain Tarshin glanced over toward the Colonel. Taking a moment to gaze at the plasma scar on the left side of his face, before lowering his gaze to a console where two lieutenants were working on the files.

"Only part so far. The Dynasty was performing types of tests on young of a species they refer to as the...Yautja, I believe they are known as." Bargo gave a grunt and lumbered over toward his command chair to climb up into. "Never heard of them. Some new species?" Tarshin shook his head. "No. It would seem from the data we've been able to access, that this is an ancient species among the galaxy. A race of hunters. Banding together in larger groups when threatened it seems. One of the log entries from a lab tech back on the planet, talks about a Yautja ship showing up over the base and a sudden attack with out warning. Ships in orbit were destroyed and a distress signal had been sent out from the planet. The last entry by this lab tech is dated two days after the first entry. So they held out for at least two days. Or he was killed. Colonel, I would suggest caution with this...Yautja species. It is possible they are the ones that set the Galianstin Dynasty to ruin."

"As mighty as they were, they picked a fight with the wrong species. I was at a shipyard of ours that was attacked by an unknown species. It might very well have been this race they speak of." Bargo lightly ran a fingertip along the plasma scar at the side of his face. He and five others barely made it out alive from the shipyard. The attack was sudden and with out warning from any of their scanning systems.

Captain Tarshin glanced downward at a computer screen. His head tilted some to the left as he read and looked over the visuals coming up from the data file obtained from the planet. "Colonel?" "Hm?" Grunted Bargo again. "Sir, we have the location." Bargo perked an eye ridge somewhat at his Captain. "Location for what?"

"Colonel, we have the location of four Dynasty Heavy Destroyers."

Bargo leapt from his chair to push Captain Tarshin aside so he could look at the screen. "That's an asteroid field. The Dynasty had hidden shipyard in an asteroid field" Some one has probably found that shipyard already and taken what was there." "Colonel." Spoke Tarshin. "What if nobody has found it though' What if the rocks in that asteroid field hold some...type of metal that reflects or shields scans that might be done from a passing ship through that system' According to this, there are two shipyards with in a few short jumps of our ship. The asteroid field and this water planet near Kobold space."

"The Alpha Theetis Humans might be curious to get their hands upon such ships as well." Commented Colonel Bargo as he lifted his right hand to rub at his furry dark chin. Captain Tarshin nodded slowly. "It would make sense why they showed up at that planet when they did. We can't let those Humans get a hold of Dynasty former ships. It already takes three of our Frigates to come close to the strength of one of their new Heavy Destroyers."

Bargo pointed a fingertip over at a lieutenant on board the bridge. "Send a coded transmission to Colonel Klintoc, Colonel Galcore, Colonel Daku and Colonel Fostney. Transmit the information we've acquired and have them mobilize their small fleets. Mission as follows, acquire former Dynasty ships at all costs. Warning, Alpha Theetis Humans possibly know of locations. Dispatch same transmission to the General of this sector. Helm, set new course. We don't have time to stop off at a shipyard of ours for repairs. Our ships will have to make due with what repairs they can before we make our destination."

Captain Belefanti of the Alpha Theetis Human Race, entered the bridge of his Heavy Destroyer. "What do we have?" The black man with salt and pepper short hair moved to sit into his command chair as the tactical officer spoke up from his station. "Captain we've arrived in the system. Asteroid field has been detected, however our scans are unable to pick up anything in side the field, Sir."

"Dispatch three fighters. Tell them to proceed with caution into the asteroid field. They are looking for signs of a shipyard and possible former Galianstin Dynasty ships. I want this ship on alert and double check your scans for any other vessel entering this system. Signal Captain Worthington and the fleet. Requesting reinforcements. Possible entanglement with Apelonians. If they figured things out, no doubt they will be heading this way to claim a Dynasty ship for themselves. Filthy animals."

- Three Systems Away -

"This is Admiral Delarose to all ships. Open fire on the Apelonian vessels. No prisoners. The Dynasty Shipyard will be ours!" Alpha Theetis Heavy Destroyers launched an array of missiles first at the Apelonian Frigates coming out of hyperspace through newly formed jump gates. Not expecting to find the Humans already near the Water World, where a second Dynasty Shipyard was to be located, the first two frigates took heavy damage and explosions ran with in them.

"This is Colonel Fostney! We must secure that shipyard! Attack Group Six, move to engage Alpha Theetis ships! Attack Group Seven, make way for the shipyard in orbit!"

Plasma cannons of the Apelonian Frigates opened fire as soon as they were in range, while the Human ships struck back with heavy pulse cannons, heavy railguns and two heavy particle beam cannons mounted on the front of each Heavy Destroyer.

With the fighting in orbit of the water world, none took notice of the planet really. From an underwater installation the fighting was being monitored. Perhaps the Galianstin Dynasty didn't find out about the hidden bases until it was too late"

Both the Alpha Theetis Humans and the Apelonians missed the signal sent from the ocean depths of the planet. As both races fought it out, a jump gate formed in the fabric of space.

Three almost sea green colored ships emerged. 1,330 meters in length and looking like something right out of the sea with their four curving appendages at the bow of each ship. Beams of light shot out against the blackness of space. Impacting to Apelonian and Alpha Theetis vessels and effectively slicing into their ships.

"Redirect weapons fire toward those unknown vessels!" Shouted Admiral Delarose. "Sir! I can't get a weapons lock!" Spoke a weapons officer on the bridge. "Transmission coming through." "Put it up on the monitor." Spoke Admiral Delarose.

The image came through from one of the unknown vessels. What seemed to be a large, possibly ten to fourteen foot long red octopus floating with in water, appeared on the screen. "Lieutenant! Translate whatever language that thing is speaking in!" "Admiral, I'm having trouble running that creature's language through the computer system."

Four Alpha Theetis ships took heavy damage from the unknown ships. Two nearly cut in half by the odd octopus like species main ship weapon. Not to leave the Apelonians out, six of their vessels were missing pieces as debris floated about space.

As Alpha Theetis and Apelonian transports started dock and board the Galianstin Dynasty ship yard in orbit of the water world, several beams of bright blue light shot upwards from the planet. Impacting to the ship yard and causing that of rolling explosions through out the station. Three Dynasty ships had been in dock. As the ship yard exploded, so too did the Dynasty vessels.

"Admiral, the ship yards..." Admiral Delarose cut off the Lieutenant. "Yeah I see it, lieutenant! Dammit to hell. Signal all ships. We're jumping out of this system."

Given the loss of the Dynasty ships, the Apelonians didn't waste time in opening their own jump points in space and slipping out of the system as another one of their vessels was cut in half by one of the Octopus' ships. As the last Alpha Theetis ship exited the system, the unique vessels of the unknown race proceeded toward the water world of a planet.

"Captain?" A lieutenant on board the Alpha Theetis heavy destroyer looked over from his systems display. "What is it lieutenant?" Inquired the Captain. "Sir I have confirmation from one our fighters dispatched over half an hour ago. They've located two Dynasty Heavy Destroyers with in the asteroid field. There appears to be a smaller installation the ships are docked at. The pilot says there is a flight path to the ships on the far side of the moon to slip past the asteroids." "Good." Spoke Captain Belefanti. "Prepare the landing party to shove off in a shuttle to intercept with the fighter pilot, so he can show them the way. Sooner we obtain those Dynasty ships, the sooner we can get out of here."

"Captain, I have multiple jump gates forming."

Captain Belefanti perked a slender brow over the tactical officer. "Friend or foe, lieutenant?"

"Scans identifying ships as...Apelonian!"

"Figures. Divert our escort cruisers to intercept. Bring the railguns online and prepare the missiles. I want the beam cannons ready and start to target the Ape ships with our pulse cannons. Let me know when they are in range. Tell the transport to head out for the asteroid field and launch another five fighters as escort for it." "Sir! I have another jump point opening. Running scans on emerging vessels. Captain...we have Aristos Empire ships incoming!"

The Aristos Empire, was one of wealth and noble standings. Least they thought so. In truth they were shameless Lords that felt they could take whatever they wanted, from whoever they wanted. A wide battle cruiser, with six escort attack cruisers moved toward the Alpha Theetis ship and the Apelonian ships. At 1,586 meters in length, their battle cruiser was nothing to scoff at. The ship's escorts were over six hundred meters in length and bristled with twin particle arrays and light pulse cannons. "This is Admiral Cindani of the Aristos Empire. Alphas, please and you Apes" Shave yourselves. We are here to lay claim to the Dynasty ships reported in this sector. You will kindly move out of the way so that we can collect our prizes."

"This is Colonel Galcore, you can kiss my furry butt you rich bastards!" Shouted the Apelonian Colonel from on board the bridge of his Frigate. Half of his vessel's heavy plasma cannons turned from the Alpha Theetis Destroyer, to track toward the Aristos ships. "Welcome to the party, you wealthy witches!" Galcore's frigate opened fire on two of the incoming Aristos Attack Cruisers. They returned fire, kindly.

Captain Belefanti's heavy destroyer launched off nearly a dozen missiles at the Aristos attack cruisers. "Lieutenant, keep an eye on our transport and it's fighter escort. Have the apes launched any transports toward the asteroid field?" "Yes Sir. Five of them. Though one was just hit by weapons fire from one of the Aristos attack cruisers. Captain, I have more jump points opening up." Captain Belefonti shook his head. "You can't be serious." The lieutenant piped up though. "Sir they are ours!"

Captain Belefonti perked a brief smile at his lips. "About time."

"This is Captain Worthington to fleet. Engage all hostiles."

Seventeen Alpha Theetis heavy destroyers opened fire upon the Apelonian frigates as well as the Aristos Empire ships. A galactic three way shooting match was at hand. As the fighting intensified ship to ship, on the other side of the asteroid field Alpha Theetis troops were battling it out with Apelonian soldiers on board the Dynasty installation. Rifles, hand guns and even knives were being used in the mad dash to get on board one of the Dynasty Heavy Destroyers.

Off from the fighting, was that of a large ship cloaked from sensor detection. Monitoring the fighting between the three races. For now, they would allow them to kill each other. Less for the cloaked vessel to deal with later.

Undisclosed System. Planet: Jungle Like.

The Temple on the southern continent perked upwards from the surrounding jungle of over grown plants. Though it looked quite old and ancient on the outside, with in held a bounty of technology.

The Kobold Major, Etoc, stood close to three foot in height upon his clawed feet. Dressed in his military outfit of light weight, light blue armor and a swamp green cloak. His knit black hat was in his clawed fingertips as he walked the halls with the rather tall, compared to his height, Yautja Elder Thwei Cetanu.

"They keep pushing into places they are not wanted." Commented Etoc. Thwei Cetanu gave a rumbled growl from behind his bio mask. His tone came thick. "Trouble, they seek." The Kobold nodded his dinosaur like head upwards at the large Yautja. "Yes. The Humans are arrogant. They think their poop, does not stink. I believe that is how saying goes? The Aristos Empire are not much better. They believe to be so high and noble, yet their poop smell like everyone else. I do not understand their hair. It is like, goofy. Their heads should be shaved. Of course the Apelonians...they go where they wish. They are convinced brute force is best with their big strength of body. Though they lack in brains. Underdeveloped human monkeys." The Kobold grumbled.

"Foolish, they all are. Obtain ships, they cannot. Awoke, the Aquatic Octo have." Spoke Thwei Cetanu.

Etoc looked upwards and shook his head. "Damn. I was hoping they would remain out of this. Stupid races, now they will all suffer if they continue further into the Dynasty's space. I will alert our Narn allies. Those pesky human scientists are poking their noses further about with questions." Thwei Cetanu gave a rolling growl from behind his bio mask, covering his facial features. "Deal with them, soon enough we will. For now, foolish humans and overgrown apes, need to be taught a lesson. Together, we strike."
