Sunday, 11 September, 9:00 pm " midnight, the street where the Old Temple baronial manor is located will be limited to foot traffic only for games, food, rides, and a bandstand. Security and emergency services will be provided by several private organizations as well as the Eleventh Precinct of the Watch and Fire/EMS services based in Old Temple.

A castle facade, based on the Renaissance Faire Castle at Wonderplex, has been built behind Harker's Dueling and Defense Academy. This will be the backdrop for the dueling events. This area has been warded to contain magical attacks in the interests of public safety and to promote healing of participants. Saturday night is traditionally the height of the Citizens Day carnival, and this year should be no exception. Governor Ilnaren invites one and all to enjoy the festivities, with extra prize tickets given at all the fairway games and free food/drinks (with or without alcohol) at all vendors beginning 8pm RT.

There will also be live scrying-mirror broadcasts of the All-Ranks Tournament on Twilight Isle beginning at 9pm, as well as available portals for anyone who wants to check out that scene. Be sure to cheer for your favorite spell-slinger!

Finally, while not an official Citizens Day event, Lucy Mitford will be hosting an Endless Summer Party at her beach house in Seaside. If you're overwhelmed by the carnival crowds and want to take a moment to relax on the sands, bear in mind that anyone and everyone is invited. Check it out!

((Live Carnival event will be Saturday night starting 8pm ET in the Southern Glen chatroom.))

((All-Ranks Tournament will be held in the Twilight Isle room on Rings of Honor. If you're up to handling two chats at once, why not do both' :) ))

((Endless Summer Party is a board-only event, so please feel free to post in Lucy's thread!))
