The inn has been decked out Halloween style. Fake cobwebs, blood stained table covers, with orange candles centering them. A pair of tables near the bar have been placed together for the foods. Jello shots line one side of the bar and out of the way of patrons (all except Katt-a-Tonics. If you want one of these you have to ask for it!)
