To celebrate the upcoming Leap Week (which starts on Leap Day: February 29, 2016) the city is taking a leap back in time and having breakfast at night!
Many local restaurants will be serving breakfast at night all week. In addition, check out these special events:
Tea and Magic Scones on Twilight Isle Date: Tuesday, March 1st Time: 9:00pm EST Location: Twilight Isle
Outside the rings, tables with white table clothes have been set up for the evening. There is also an odd spell in place that makes a hat (appropriate for a tea party) appear on the head of anyone who takes a seat at one of the tables. The tea cups and pots are all very nice...except none of them match.
Goblins, with white gloves on their hands and frilly aprons, are serving tea and scones to the visitors of Twilight Isle this evening. There is a variety of tea being offered from all over the multiverse and several different types of scones (which may or may not have spells upon them..).
The clotted cream is supposedly the best Maven from Tea Darlings Magazine has ever had and the jelly and jam isn't bad either!

Punch-Someone-In-The-Face Pancake Party in the Outback Date: Wednesday, March 2nd Time: 9:00pm EST Location: The Outback
Situated close to the bar and as far away from the Fern as he could get, Big Jo from Big Jo's Pancake House has a pancake station set up. The large griddle is on a cart with wheels and can easily cook a few dozen pancakes at a time.
The speciality pancake for the night is Black & Blue Pancakes which contain chocolate chips and blueberries.
There is also a table off to the side with plenty of pancake condiments: maple syrup, butter, jelly and jam, whipped cream, and chocolate sprinkles.

Skewer an Omelette Bar in the Arena Date: Thursday, March 3rd Time: 9:00pm EST Location: The Arena
In the bistro area of the Arena, in addition to the already awesome food served there, an omelette bar has been set up for the evening.
Visitors are given metal skewers to stab the desired ingredients for their omelette from a buffet of options. Ingredients include but are not limited to: peppers, onions, spinach, dandelion weeds, broccoli, ham, bacon, wild fae boar bits, tofu, and mushrooms.
Once the ingredients are chosen, hungry visitors bring their skewer to the cook operating the portable range. The skewer worth of ingredients will be added to their omellete along with a cheese of choice.
Just past the omelette cook is a table with different condiments, ranging from normal (ketchup and salsa) to strange (chocolate syrup").

Waffles and Ice Cream Shindig in the Red Dragon Inn Date: Saturday, March 5th Time: 9:00pm EST Location: The Red Dragon Inn
Diggers Diner & Ice Cream Shop has provided all the makings of an awesome waffle station and ice cream bar for the evening.
There are several waffle irons set up with instructions on how to pour the batter onto them, when to turn it over, and how to know when your waffle is done.
Just past the waffle making station is a table covered in tubs of ice cream, kept cool by some magical means. In addition to the ice cream, there is a plethora of toppings: sprinkles, sauces, whipped cream, and candy.
