Midsummer is coming....indeed, it is but a week away, and that means it's time to celebrate!
This year the city of RhyDin is celebrating Midsummer with a festival that stretches from Midsummer Day itself, June 21st, all the way through to the following Sunday, June 28th. The party kicks off with an Opening Night bash and wraps up with the (Mid)Summer All-Ranks Tournament for the Duel of Magic, providing their own special brand of fancy fireworks!
What happens during the week between" It's summer, and that means picnics....so we're giving you the biggest picnic you can imagine. It's the Feast of RhyDin!

It's not just a celebration, though. There will be donation points throughout the Marketplace for the Dragon's Gate Orphanage, High Spires, the RhyDin Orphanage in Old Temple, and many other orphanages and fosterages through out the city. Items of all sorts are welcome, either directly for the children's use or to be refurbished and resold for both skills training and to raise money for the orphanages themselves.
So come and enjoy a meal with your family and friends, or even share a recipe or two with the rest of RhyDin! Whatever your appetite, we'll have something for you, and you'll have the opportunity to give back to the community.
