Rhydin has been shaped by so many visitors from outside its bounds who have come here by chance or intent. The holiday of Outlander Day was established to give them all a chance to display their own cultural roots.

Because the nature of this day celebrates the diversity of Rhydin, there is no central festival. Instead, the Governor's Office has set up a common board where anyone who wishes can share their own events, and invite their neighbors to join them.
