The theme for this year's Yule Ball is Winter Magic.

Where: Rhydin Museum ((Red Dragon Great Hall)) When: Saturday, 12/12 at 8pm Rhydin Time (ET)

The main hall of the museum will be cleared to allow for a bandstand and dance floor. High above, images of winter auroras, the Northern Lights that symbolize the magic of winter, will be displayed, shifting as the auroras themselves shift.

Off from the main hall, the museum restaurant will be lit up in similar colors to evoke the imagery of the season, and every table setting will include a "winter rose" as a memento of the evening.

Music for the evening begins with a tribute to that holiday time classic The Nutcracker with a full piece orchestra. As they come to the conclusion of the selected pieces, the West Egg Swing Band lead by singer Sebastian Ross joins them on the stage. It's time to put the festivities in full 'swing' for the night. West Egg Swing Band is joined for the holiday tunes by Lirssa al Amat. Be ready to dance and sing along to some Terran standards. ((The playlist is not yet set, but will be by the night of the party.
