Ho-ho-how many people participated in WinterFest this year? The elves and I have been busily counting up each event - making our list (and checking it twice, of course) - and we have an official count!
Elves! Drumroll please!
A whopping 157 people (SNs) attended events throughout the week. That is phenomenal! Icons have been ordered for all of the attendees - please be patient until we get them in, and then distribute them - it's going to take Fio a while with that many!
However, it could not have been done without the combined efforts of many people on the various event teams and administrative roles, and ol' Kris would like to mention the 36 people busily working away at the events and behind the scenes to make this year's WinterFest memorable.
First - I want to thank the Secret Santa elves, Snickerdoodles and Silverbells (*Snickerdoodles* and The Unknown) - who were busy as all get-out all week long helping with the Secret Santa game. It was a lot of work, so those of you who played, be sure to say thank you to our elves. They made that event work even better than planned. No coal for them this year!
((OOC)) But they weren't alone. Allow me to thank all of the players who banded together to create a wonderful week of activities. And a special shout-out to the RDI staff and our admins who helped to keep everything running smoothly, even through a few hiccups. You're the best!
