Over the balcony the Sith stood with hands at the rail. The sun had begun to set and was painting its shifting mosaic against the ocean. Gulls were soaring across and the wafting sea-scented gusts of air were washing the tides along the sand.

He didn't give a damn at all about any of it. It was time. He pulled away from the balcony and began moving through the newly acquired stead. Through the hall he made his way to a particularly worn wooden door. It had one of those old iron rings on it for a handle. Giving it a lurch he opened it and down the winding narrowly carved steps he called to the dungeon.

`` It's time. Ready Nox and make sure to check the leash twice. ``

The door was left open as he made his way to the front of the manor and pushed open both doors. Atop manor he had installed the necessary device to emit the force shield that would soon umbrella across the district. The street was full of debris, papers mostly being swept along by the invisible fingers that coaxed them and cooed them. As he stepped down towards his intended direction, he stepped on something that squished and popped. As he looked down there was a flattened eyeball. Scrape, scrape, scrape. After he finally got it off he let out a sigh.

`` Honestly who gives the birds more to eat' `` All around him were the birds flocking across the district to eat the scattered eyes and ears that had been discarded previously. The left hand clutched the scepter which he swung to send a gust along dispersing the growing flock.

Off to the North West there were blotted clouds that shook the skies. With the scepter in hand he pointed yonder and the Key around his neck began to glow. Spiraling the scepter began to manipulate the wind currents and draw the storm overhead. Sooner than it may have, ever, it brought with it the torrential downpour that began to blanket the District. Right as it begun the force wall surged and began it's bloom overhead.

It crashed into the sand at the ocean and left the shallower waters in tact yet gave no way for those who may have been looking for an off-coast escape. The roads heading out were met with instant barricading. Cars, buildings, people- anything caught in the descending wall was met with a razor-like sensation as it cleaved through anything in its path. Birds had began to throw themselves into the wall and began to plummet one by one in the streets and onto rooftops.

Turning back to the manor he called for those within his cabinet. `` It begins. ``
