Though it wasn't a event that required her 'public works' presence, Elle always felt that little draw from the inside out to be amongst the city throng when there were fireworks set to fly. Ever since she was a child, the curly haired librarian had found a simple magic in displays, not only for the flash-fire bangs and dancing, multicolored lights, but because it was one of those rare times that should she bump into or touch someone, their mood was nothing short of explosive and stricken into a state of wonder, just like the fireworks themselves. For a while, if only a short while, the world was stricken deaf, blissfully blind, and happily dumb; perfect.

OOC Note: Should I play Elle at this event, let it be known that she'll be shifted into the guise of another woman completely, one she calls(when addressed and asked for a name) Murielle. Murielle has rich brown hair that falls in straight waves, green eyes, a less lanky, slightly fuller figure, and a much more notably confident air. This change is biological/physical only, Elle still retains her own mind, thoughts, emotions, etc. Though for Elle, Murielle is her mask/shield/whathave-you, social extension into the world, and an experiment to test her own non-nervous, inner-woman she's been stunting for many years.
