Techichi

Date: 2009-05-30 23:34 EST
An explosion not far in the past.

"That look is very becoming of you." said a mammoth of man, armored so thoroughly and seemingly robotic, one couldn't help but ask just where the mail stopped and the human began. He was addressing an average-looking man very similarly garbed just as silver darkly, and wearing the same stem of numerous white bell-shaped flowers, a giveaway to the deadly 'Lily of the Valley' ninja.

This drastically smaller man, who on average to men of normal size, but looked his addresser's direction for a moment; and in that moment, an enraged Techichi flew through the smoke of the explosion meant for her and brought down the destructive force of her fist to one of the Lily Valley ninja when the big one simply caught it and then did not simply hurl her the complete remainder of blocks down to the front gate. This place scarcely looked like home to her anymore. Not since the attack on her had been made and her weaknesses to magicks had been capitalized upon. Particularly an illusion spell had taken away her feeling of home, replacing happy citizens and friends and family with barren buildings, colorless buildings, lifeless buildings. It was in the sense, she was able to go all out. And it was in that sense, her opponents possibly went that route with the illusions.

"You disgrace the Valley, Rahea. If you die in that uniform, you bring the ultimate shame to our religious denomination that has not been seen for over a century." the gigantic man held almost cradling a behemal unsheathed an unsharpened sword that was heavily adapted and modified to ninja needs. One giant scroll sufficed in wrapping this weapon with the information for several boss summons and forbidden techniques and the sword went on with magical suggestive seals and further warned that it was even less likely the sword be able to fill that role as a blade. After the affixed pouches probably for daggers and spell pages there was lastly the long red scarf folded in such a way that it looked to make the hilt of the sword look oh-so soft to the grip. This was no ordinary scarf, but the metaphorically blood-stained initial representation to competing women shinobi in the region just before the Lily of the Valley was formed. Second that sword went on to represent the increased numbers in challengers in a then official arena.

"If you want to catch her yourself, I'll gladly leave it to you." Rahea said under a very Spanish conquistador style helmet that was also apart of the Lily Valley ninja garb in his particular high ranking. And with his hands very much dedicated to the illusion that severed Techichi with her home and friends, he wordlessly taunted the gigantic man beside him to challenge his worth after fending off Techichi's deadly strength while still maintaining his two-handed seal.

"......" the enormous man, 'Old Vic', was speechless. The girl's physical strength was not to be taken lightly, and Rahea was indeed every bit as vital in ensuring this mission was a successful one in that she be banished, and he not have his head squashed from her punches or decapitated from his body by one of her kicks. In a flash they were both gone, cutting no corners with this job nor their target's capabilities.

Their thoughts dwelt on the importance of their success, going so far back as to the founding of the Lily Valley nin. Elite missing nin Daichi had already established very solid friendships with Old Vic and Rahea before he had met Lorenna, mother of Techichi and his last wife. Before Lorenna, he had met a beautiful woman assailant and had his first daughter, Kareichi. After her birth he already had established an impressive entourage of followers and allies with the spark needed to begin campaigning over his obsession with the Siovanui Sorte. A prestigious, long dead clan that supposedly could only grant new initiates through besting them on a ritualistic battlefield, the only way they could be summoned in the first place, allegedly.

Daichi was gifted with the heart to mask his insanity with love, and the incredible strength to see his ambitions realized. His first love, Hannya, was on par with his great strength and thus the focus of his Siovanui ascending aspirations. It was not like Daichi to involve himself with incapable or weak women. Nor was it like him to show interest in anything but the exceptionally beautiful. Unfortunate for him, she was every bit as smart as he recognized in her, and made the call to break it off with him when he called upon her to test with the Siovanui themselves. This resulted in a great battle which Daichi showed supremacy in several times but saw it drag on numerous times when he could not kill her despite her giving him no other choice. Either he killed her, or she would kill him. She would not fight to her death for a power she didn't desire, no matter how much she loved him. At the climax of their bout, they reached an agreement, and they would part ways forever.

He had lost his means of uncovering this mysterious power not carried by any living person, but it would not be his only means. Kareichi, his daughter, would grow up to become the most reputable pursuer of the power. Outside of Daichi's reports and forbidden documents it is only in his heart that the truth lies in what he had dreamed to obtain through Kareichi. To partner a power with her that would symbolize an eternal village he would form, and that symbol would be strength, courage, wisdom, beauty, hope; that symbol would be his daughter. Nearly from birth he raised her every belief and standard around the Siovanui, and it became just as much an obsession to her as it was to him. Hieroglyphics suggested very clearly an untainted participant in the trial of fighting the great elders, and celibacy became one of her many ways of life. But not even Daichi could keep her in the systematic way of living he ideally imagined for the day she would fight them as a young adult.

Friends were made, bonds were made, new belief structures assembled and she became everything he had hoped she would and more. To her friends, she was their best. To her countrymen, she was their most valuable soldier. To Daichi, she was his most proud creation. She borrowed the stunning beauty from both her mother and father, as well as their frightening destructive force, making her the deadly flower she bloomed into. Kareichi was wild, untameable, and uncontrollable. Protecting her people, the friends and acquaintances of her father that were growing by the months. Undertaking the Siovanui was her primary goal, though. And she showed it in a number of cold and heartless situations, abandoning her teammates on the unpredictable occasions when great combatants journeyed to Daichi to lend their specials and signatures to his prodigal daughter. His insanity took it so far as to interpret the woman portrayed on the hieroglyphics as Kareichi herself, and not women collectively as it factually, was. It could not be taken personally, even to the men that were killed by enemy ninja when just moments ago they had the upperhand when Kareichi was with them. The truth was, Daichi's "acquaintances" were nearly always pressed for time, and refused to wait for anyone. She couldn't let them slip by, through her fingers, not with so many techniques that may make the difference when time would finally come to show for it and inherit the Siovanui energy container.

One man could not be turned away from her beauty. Despite the monster she was in combat, and the robotic lack of emotion and other more human tendencies. These major voids were easily overlooked with her perfect eyes, perfect voice, stature, presentation, confidence, skin, perfect body. No this unnamed man was so unimportant that his name still goes unknown in Daichi's recollection of the tragic events that ensued later in the following years. The two had gotten close from what was one influential display of affection nearly costing his life in showing it to her just how desperately he wished to get to know her. And Kareichi lacking her human emotions, was able to show care. They became dear, dear friends. Going only so far as to mess around. And then the time came when a rather chubby assailant of the Usui organization is assigned to Kareichi not unlike the medical monks assigned for the Winterhill trials. He looked over her for a few weeks, poisoning her with his advice, but she remained strong. Everything is excluded from her mind in the end but becoming a Siovanui. It is no longer her father's dream, but her own. And then, the Usui agent strikes. Described as undefeatable, no one would ever know. It was very likely she would have became a Siovanui, and a give-in with any other opponent. But under the influence of the alleged companion assigned to survey her health and vitals for the Siovanui training, his strange words and rants began taking their toll when he suggested that she might be pregnant. This frightened her more than anything ever could, or any villain. And like a playwright, he moved onto his next act. A pair of rigged pregnancy tests falsely showed her in the desert cabin they were staying, just a mere day before she would fight the Siovanui Sorte, that she was with child. Her world shattered, and the Usui agent knew this was the only way she could be beaten. The Siovanui was her entire life, regardless of the amazing things she could go on to do if she wanted. Leading her own village, conquering the evils of the world. She could have done it all, but instead chose to end her life. She was discovered by her father, naked on the floor face down, lying in a pool of blood. Her abdomen slashed repeatedly and clearly stabbed fatally out of hatred.

She looked so young, so youthful, and still as gorgeous as only Daichi and a beautiful woman like Hannya could produce. Her characteristic short hair, raven black, and the style Techichi would go on to copy. And there on the bed lied the Usui agent, brutally stabbed as well, no doubt by the broken and shattered warrior woman that was going to take a whole planet into a revolution. This most orchestrated death was to never happen again, decreed by Daichi, and the Lily of the Valley organization was born for prevention of special case attacks. Rahea and Old Vic were the first Lily Valley ninja, and soon after, the sect's undisputed leaders. This allowed Daichi to go into hiding for a time before meeting Lorenna and actually fleshing out the mourning of his daughter and dreams for her. They fell in love, and she adapted his power crave in this forbidden ritualistic climb to strength.

Unlike Hannya, she lacked the common sense to see there was nothing good to come out of obtaining this power, assuming she might actually achieve it in the first place. But also unlike her, she had what it took to go through with it, and pass. Her skin forever darkened, her eyes forever brightened. She had, become something. The Siovanui Sorte defeated, and Lorenna was nowhere to be found. Daichi set off on a great crusade for her by himself, and was gone many months. He came back all in an instance, caked in blood and within an inch of his life, cradling a little squirming bundle in his arm. This was Techichi, the only girl ever born from a Siovanui. Daichi had just lost another dear loved one, this time Lorenna shortly after giving birth and being devoured alive by the Siovanui Sorte she defeated once before.

He had to think fast, for he was determined not to lose another daughter to this evil he sought so passionately. Breakthrough techniques developed by a one Eizou, were key in his near immediate transportation out of that unaccessible zone and right before his dear friend, Eizou. Never to reach her eyes, Techichi was born part Siovanui, a massive energy container, and not a void one. A bulk of power that in fact would have killed her being so young. So Eizou constructed completely by hand a "Jikangai." An other-dimensional unaccessible sphere easily compared with a planet and aid in serving the purposes of burdens not to be experienced by the actual person. His containers serve a multitude of purposes, but this one was solely to lock away her superfluous amount of power. One of the two things that make up a siovanui. The second, would be all of the contents that are passed on upon defeating the Siovanui Sorte. The immeasurable power, the skill, the physical transformation, the completion. It is a hushed fact, Daichi is as close as he has ever been to creating an enduring, Siovanui.

Techichi rolled violently to a stop from the tremendous force Old Vic had thrown her at. A giant mysterious nin to her, as was Rahea. Lily Valley nin were sure to conceal their faces, especially in this emotionally delicate expulsion. Techichi was not just anyone, she was a near daughter to both of them. It was not easy, but rather easier, than it would be if she were aware of them.

"Just keep that illusion going." Old Vic said, never one for magicks usually but breaking a gemi capsule and holding his sporadic hand by the wrist, pulsating with his energy. Rahea ducked his head briefly.

"Your memory wipe tech?"

"She knows its us." Vic replied looking back to him through the bulkiest helmet anyone was likely to get caught wearing for armor. "Our sizes and body movements. We would be extremely underestimating her if we assumed she couldn't recognize our simplest tendencies having known us all her life."

"Do not worry. The illusion has masked our thicknesses and moves intricately. The assemblage of two unknown attackers and a place she is not used to should be hard enough to understand while we carry out our mission." Rahea said as Vic canceled the tech, completely dumbfounded by the capabilities of this skinny man he's worked beside for so long. Not only was he actively engaging in combat with Techichi at her full force while maintaining an illusion, but he was also casting its effects upon their bodies, very possibly to avoid any memory damaging techs Vic might have planned.

"Why are they doing this?" she thought, having seen past the illusions in all their complexity and showiness. 'What have I done to deserve this"' Techichi was on the verge of tears, still frightfully tough in never letting the destructive readiness of her muscles ease for a moment in this complicated blend of emotion and confusion. The weight of this banishment was huge, and she felt unloved just as much as she did useless. Tears had collected, and she only fended off four unmerciful punches before being outnumbered by one and doubly launched to the final point she had been driven to.

She slid in the stone and dirt with minor scratches and very faint red lines that her blood was just barely able to come through. Her white teeth contradicted the dirt on her face and arms, and the threat that she must have stood to them must have been grand to be as forceful as they were. It was a toughness to be a dreaded day, but a mandatory one. Daichi's master plan depended upon her toughening up. None of it, however, was as it seemed.

"I did something wrong. I must have."

Reasoning was something that just wouldn't come to Tetch. Her sister's shadow, while she never truly knew her, was something she swore to chase from a very young age. And definitely aided in her current state of reckoning. Her physical power was very impressive, but as can be expected, paled in comparison to a wealth of techniques. She was so close to, viability. She needed critiquing, perfecting, finishing touches. All on paper, on a list, on a recipe, a formula, a blueprint. This is what 'will be.' but getting there is where all the fuss is. The strongest likelihood of failure. And it was evident in her composure. She looked ready to break.

Family, friends, and loved ones had all but vanished. She wanted to think they had vanished, and not voluntarily evacuated for her planned banishment. Because this was organized. Old Vic and Rahea together in concert against her could only be the action of everyone collectively. But why' She looked over to her attackers but instead saw the vast presence of a man right before her. It was Daichi, between her and her two attackers for the moment halting their assault. She gazed up at him and his emotionless face atop his historical being, where even his odd state of shirtlessness suggested upon his godliness by total lack of scars. Daichi was infamous for his strength, but even more known for his failures not just involving the Siovanui.

"I wouldn't worry. Give it time and you'll be running circles around those two." he uttered and went for her throat which fit perfectly in his singlehanded clutch. Over the seconds it fastened around her airway, she grit her teeth tighter and tighter until she brought her hands up to grab a hold of his hand and try in any way she could to release that grip. Her vision blurred it was so violent, holding her in such brutal grasp that it was sucking the very life out of her.

Daichi walked undisturbed by Techichi's dragging feet the remainder of the distance out the front gate where he released her by the neck and sent her desperately drawing for air. "You are a danger to yourself and those around you so long as you remain, weak."

She gazed at him angrily.

"Do not return here until you have become powerful enough to ensure I can't throw you back out again." Daichi declared, creating a fist that two lunar rings encircled and each resonated with one of the two celestial pillars that made the gate. And when he flung his arm aside the pillars began to glow and turn in towards each other, erasing everything on the inside on their way to a collision.

"There is power in you, Techichi. Find it. And with it bring about the peace I dream of.?

The pillars collided into one another and blocked off the last image of Daichi, Rahea, and Old Vic before whatever transportation they had initiated moved them so far that the pillars lost their energy feed and fell as monolithic lifeless pillars that shook the earth around her. The wind did blow, and she had realized her abandonment fully. A fist was made. This was Rhydin.
