With the abundance of witches and wizards, magic users of all kinds in the city, one should always expect to find those who are willing to supply the needs of those people, yes"

Aurelia Dupuis was one such supplier; indeed, her little shop catered not only to those who lived and breathed real, true magic, but also to those who followed the various spiritual paths that seemed to be called magic. Down an alleyway just off the market square, pressed in between a fudge shop and a bakery, was Hocus Pocus, the witches' dispensary.

The shop always seemed to smell of exotic spices, with incense burning to fill the place with a blue haze of smoke that was more welcoming than hostile. Here was where you could buy candles in abundant numbers, every type of spell ingredient you could possibly think of, and a few you couldn't, spell books, altars and the necessary items to be a witch or wizard in RhyDin city.

As you entered, you may well find yourself peering along shelves of items familiar or unfamiliar to you. It all depended on where you had come from and what you were looking for. And if you weren't sure, then Aurelia herself, or one of her staff, would be more than happy to talk you through the narrow little shop, from the gemstones and books at the front, through the various spiritual and magical tools that lined the shelves, to the ingredient counter that stood at the back of the shop. Even if all you wished was to lose an hour or two in seclusion, Hocus Pocus offered that seclusion in spades.

And if, at times, you entered to find the place in disarray, the shelves pushed over, scorch marks on the walls, the staff would not give you any reason to fret. Even with the merchandise scattering the floor all around her, it has never been said of Aurelia Dupuis that she left a customer wanting. So why not come along, and drop in for a little Hocus Pocus"
