If there was one thing that Lucy Mitford felt perfectly confident doing, it was shopping. Though shopping in RhyDin wasn't as easy as going to Fifth Avenue, she had managed to find the best of what the town had to offer, and bought herself an elegant evening gown. Oh she had plenty of gowns in her closet already, but for a night out with the cowboy, she needed something new.

With one of the tenders she had left a clearly labeled note to Mr. Jake Duncan. It included information about the tailor where he could go to have the tuxedo she had selected for him fitted. The instructions warned Jake that the tailor would need 24 hours to properly tailor the suit. Of course the note ended with a more personal flair:

I'm so looking forward to you joining me. Don't forget to wear your hat and boots. I'll be disappointed if you don't.

Ciao bello, Lucy Mitford
