Ravenlock Rooms : Boarding & Japanese styled Bath House
It was an olden styled wooden sign....Very rustic in nature, it was about three and a half wide, by three feet high in dimension. It was made of solid oak, with deeply carved black lettering, and nicely rounded and quite sanded edges. Two large chains were attached to the top of the sign, as it was ready to be hung.
Brian smiled in approvement as he spoke with the sign maker, and discussed what else would need to be done. As it stood he and Charlotte had quite a bit of work ahead of them, but it was a labour of love. This new direction in their lives would be one that could be shared with many a people as a boarding and bath house would undoubtedly bring in friend and strangers alike, there was also the Beer Garden that was being planned for the roof of the three story building they had purchased. But than in itself would require yet another sign, after all it was a Beer Garden and no combined sign would so for something of that magnitude.
So Brian spoke with the maker once more, and plans were made. More signs were ordered and a pick up date promised. Loading the large sign into the carraige and securing it, Brian scrambled up the side to the driver's seat and was soon off. Soon he would pick up the wife, and then it was off to check the building and deal with the local furniture makers, and see his niece Julie about those mural designs and paintings of hers.
They expected to be open in roughly a month's time, and the clock was ticking.
