In the early morn, with light snow falling and mist upon the ground, it was a sad day and a day of solemn rememberance for Khaine Levaque. The funeral precession for the slain leader, father and friend was led by Koruush DragonClaw, First Founder of the Metahuman Nation of Rhydin. Gathered among the mourners, which numbered at least 300 or more, were close friends and family. All dressed in black or other dark colors, and each had on a green sash, the symbol of the M.N.R.

Signs were carried praising Khaine, pictures of him were carried as well, candles lit, drums were beaten in a somber funeral dirge. Songs of mourning sung by a number of Koruush's war captains, shields hit by swords in rythem. The precession went from Khaine and his wife, Akantha's home some six miles north of the city, all the way to the Rhydin Memorial Cemetary. There were people gathered alongside the street, and from what anyone could see, there was no acts of hate or disrespect.

When the percession arrived at the Cemetary, Koruush gave the eulogy, a fitting tribute to Khaine, who was like a son to Kor. Khaine was laid to rest deep in the ground, by six honor guard. His marker was a large, white marble tombstone, topped with a statue in the likeness of Khaine, in a strong stance, looking to the west. His tombstone read

"Khaine Levaque, Friend, Husband, Father, Brother, Son and Visionary, may he find peace in the next life."

Koruush then with his magic, placed a stone pyre made of black marble, with green veins, just in front of the tombstone, and lit an Eternal Flame. And also warded the grave, the Tombstone and the pyre with its flame, to where no force, no matter how powerful could disturb or damage Khaine's resting place. Once this was done, Kor and his orcs gave a loud roaring cry to the heavens, to tell those in death that a warrior was going home to be with the dead. And one by one, the gathered left, save two at the end, an Orc woman with red hair and a little Orc boy, both remained in the cold and quiet for some time.

He hadn't planned on being at the service. The dark warrior watched the proceedings from a distance, the shadows of the trees keeping him away from the general view.

He shook his head brieftly, muttered words falling from his lips. "Good riddence to filth in the first place." Before he turned on his heels, walking back towards the city.
