Nero Delacroix

There was no body to lay to rest. No, there would be no remains. It as as if he did not exist at all. Her father was one of some kind of horrible legend that nobody wanted to deal with. On his worst days he was just a wallflower, watching the ways of the people. On his best days his terror inspiring actions and words had no limit. There were none who could match him, and for that he was special.

It was a shame nobody would remember him. His selfish legacy would only remain with a select few beings, he would have wanted it that way. If he hadn't it would surely be different. She looked around the empty yard in the hours before the dawn. She knelt down and placed a black crystal rose in the ground. There it would remain. Any who saw it would not know what or who it stood for. They might feel a sense of unnerving dread and terror however as they approached it. As unexplainable as it was, it would be enough to drive anybody from it, no one would be immune to this fear of something just, not right being right here. Getting away would surely be first on their list.

Nero sighed, but did not cry for the loss. Maybe the being she called Dad on occasion could finally find some peace, but somehow she knew that this was not the end. Not exactly sure how though.

She would stand up, and slowly fade away into nothing and nobody knew what the future would hold from here on out.
