There was a solemn and cold breeze on this day. The cemetery was always cold no matter what time of the day it was.
Today, there was only two figures on the field. One immortal, the other in his arms and had fallen. His name, well his name was not one known by many. But now, the immortal one would make sure nobody would ever forget him.
"My name, is Bob. My fallen friend here, his name was, and still is Yugo Wolf". The fallen body would soon be encased inside of a black crystal structure. It was a pyramid of the purest black diamond. His favorite color was black, so it was only appropriate. He thought Yugo would have liked it. Bob hadn't known the man too well, but he did know him enough.
Four torches came from nothing there, one at each point of the base of the pyramid. They would burn for the rest of time and nothing would ever put them out, ever. Bob then looked around and decided he needed to engrave something.
His hand was placed on the smooth surface and he lowered his head for a moment.
This would appear on the forward surface:
Here Lies Yugo Wolf. Friend. Hero. Loved One. Father.
Yugo was a man, more then that, a force for all things good even when things seemed as if they could never get better ever again. There would be something inside of him that would save so many from destruction.
You will be missed, and while you may be gone. We will never forget you.
"What we have done for ourselves alone dies with us; what we have done for others and the world remains and is immortal."—Bob.
Yugo always put others before himself, and all of his actions will allow him to live forever. May we all follow his example. Bob then took his hand off the surface and took one step back. "Goodbye, friend...and sometimes my enemy. But you deserved this. I hope I was good enough." He turned around and walked away, with a wave.
((Yugo-mun passed away on march 20th. He was 23 years old. He will be truly missed as he had a great personality and was always interesting to be around in my experience. If you knew him. feel free to post here.))
