Last Seen: Numerous sightings around the city of Rhy'Dinn, most recently January 27 with Subject 098451 Charles Blackstone.

Reports indicate Sylvia appears mentally unstable and in a primarily manic state, with sudden swings toward cold, calculated violence upon certain triggers. (We have not been able to identify a common theme with these 'triggers' yet.)
ATF records, ceased after the death of ATF Commander Hector Alato, indicate that Sylvia is skilled in stealth operations, disguises, maintaining multiple aliases, assassinations, hacking, and manipulation.
ATF records also indicate Sylvia as one of Hector's three prototype 'ALATO class Cybernetics', designated ALATO-II. All cybernetic integration is internal. IAIS (Integrated Artificial Intelligence System) presence is confirmed in these reports, with a technology hacking and informatino gathering oriented AI named 'Varla'.
