She had no doubts he would agree. She shook his hand and snickered at him. Though he didn't want paid, not in silver or gold. She could iron out those details later. gold or silver. Once the meal was done and she had relayed all her info to him she went to change. When she described Mr. Montgomery he smirked at her, "If he wasn't a slave trader he would be your type."
The man, Mr. Montgomery was tall, just slightly above her own height, his hair ashen blond, his eyes were green, and perhaps in his youth he might have been handsome. But he was older now, a man nearing his late thirties. Human.
He was hardly her type, she didn't go for humans, or at least not for long. "Not my type. Not even if he weren't a slave trading son of a bitch." She wasn't vain or vapid, but she knew what she liked, and what she didn't, this was all business. "You'll be better served in he shadows, Lady Luac has need of slaves and has no one, that is the selling point."
She had a few likes about men, and many more dislikes. None of which she was going to tell Dacomas.
She would miss the feel of her boots, of her pants.Miss knowing she had a weapon at hand. She slipped the long dark blue dress on. It was strapless, form fitting till it flared ut below the knee. That embroidered floral design was in fine stitching at the right side,in tones of silver and gold.
It fit her well, showing off her fine long arms, and well her bust line. The shoes were heel of dark blue, and they felt like velvet. She took down the little black purse from Beltane and with a wisp of magic it turned to match the dress color. Shed spent enough on the dress's and heels she was using magic for some of the effect.
She wore the bangles from Beltane, touched with magic to sparkle with sapphires and diamonds. She slipped on a simple ring to her left hand, as she did so the ring gained a great diamond. The illusions were perfect, even those in tune with magic would have a hard time telling what was real from what was fake. She slipped a small black velvet jacket over her bared shoulders and did up her hair with sparkly pins.
There was one more touch of magic she weaved, over those scars on her back,a glamour that would hide the most notable of the marks from view. She couldn't have her client knowing who she was, merely by those marks. And if she was to seduce him, she would need to bare her arms eventually.
She had changed in the closet with Dacomas sitting on her bed.She looked to the closed door. "I am coming out now, If you laugh I shall have to hurt you. Preferably something you hate to have hurt." She called out, as she slipped that purse over her shoulder, and slipped in the slight lady's dagger. She gave her self one last look in the mirror. She looked regal, her hair done up, her face done up ,taller in those heels, sexy too. She smirked slightly before walking out.
She stood there looking at him with her usual tough as nails look in her eyes. A look she would loose for the coming nights. "Well"" She did a little spin, she may not have been sued to heels but she wore them well, walking with that light touch, only an elf could have. "What do you think" Do I pass the test of being a lady"" The gems on her neck and hand , and in her hair sparkled, the embroidery at her side sparkled. She moved with more grace, easily on those heels as if she had worn them for years. She smiled and gave Dacomas a wink. "Think he will like it"" She had no doubt Mr. Montgomery would like it,not only did she sparkle with wealth, but that dress showed off her curves.
He smirked as he sat on her bed waiting for her to come out. "If you hurt that then you wouldn't have anything to look forward to playing with later!" Shot back to her as he titled his head then moved to his feet when she finally did come out in to view. Another smirk crossing his lips, as he done that little spin for him. "I might have to get you to dress up like this for myself a little more often. You look lovely, and I am tempted to undress you myself." Wiggling his brows at her.
"And don't worry your pretty little head off about me. I'll keep to my end of the deal, and keep you from getting killed." Giving her chin a light two finger tap. "You just make sure that nothing happens to yourself. If I see you in trouble. I won't hesitate to attack." Murmured as he looked off to the side, as he also crossed his arms over his chest. Trying to keep her from catching the hidden look in his eyes. A deadly killer look that was starting to show more when there was talks of her being in danger, or seeing her in danger.
She smirked at his comment. She shook her head at him. "Your terrible." She stopped in her spin and grinned at him. "Well I did pay for the dresses, so you might get your wish,I am gonna get more than six nights out of these." She eyed him, "Just tempted" Hmm tempted is a good start."
"Will you stop saying that." The worry her pretty little head about him. "I know you can handle yourself. And I can handle myself." She smiled softly to the two finger tap to her chin. "Nothing will happen to me. There wont be any trouble." She looked once more in the mirror. She looked away from him and smiled to his complement, and he wouldn't see that slight blush. "The carriage I hired will be here soon, the driver is mute. I've put a glamour over the house, it will appear that I the Lady Luac a nice long walkway a fine estate in the back ground. The carriage will take me to Montgomery's house." She was talking to his back as she was headed for the bedroom door. "You wont have any reason to attack. He won't harm me." She gave him a wink as she headed down the hallway for the front door.
The carriage stopped in front of the house, Ravenna passed through the door and took on the air of the Lady Isabella Luac. The drive would see her walking down a paved walkway away from a massive estate. He tipped his hat at her as he held the carriage door open.
She climbed in the door shut and they were away within moments, she knew Dacomas would shadow her the whole way there. She knew there was little risk with this mission. Sure the slaver had guards and men on his pay role, but Ravenna could kill those men in her sleep. And Montgomery himself was no threat.
Dacomas followed but far enough behind so not to draw any attention to himself, all the way up to the manor. Eyes scanning over it from a distance, before a smirk crossed his lips. As he would watch the guards and their routes. Once he had then down, he would sneak onto the manor grounds. Ravenna wanted him within striking distance, and within that rage he would stay.
It didn't take long before the carriage was in Rhydin bouncing on the cobble stones, then rolling along to the slavers house. Ravenna put aside herself again, this time not to play the part of Raven but to be Isabella.
The carriage door opened and she stepped out thanking the driver.
The doorway to the manor house was open. "Lady Luac, I am so glad you could come." Mr. Montgomery spoke, he stood there in a dark grey suit. "Welcome to my home. My I say my lady you look quite lovely tonight." He held the door for her and Ravenna smiled. "Thank you for seeing me, Mr. Montgomery." And for effect she let that blush flood her cheeks to his complement
He led her in to the house. Ravenna had gotten a good look at it from outside, but The lady Isabella let him lead the way to the parlor. "You have a lovely home." He smiled to her, looking her over again. "Thank you my lady, please come and sit we can talk over some coffee or tea perhaps""
"Tea will be fine." She flowed in tot he room and took a seat by the fire, slowly shrugging off that sleek black velvet jacket. Ravenna saw him watching her as he prepared the tea.

They sat over tea, talking lightly of things not business. He asked of her husband, and how he had passed. "It was terrible. We had just moved here, the estate was new. Richard went out one night. He liked the bars. He was robbed, and murdered in cold blood. His things stolen."
She she'd some tears for that story. "It has been five years,I have tired to keep the estate going. But everything fell apart, I lost my servants, they were more loyal to Richard." She dabbed at her eyes with a handkerchief . "I have been so alone, and now the bank says they may close on my home. It is all I have left. I need able hands to help me care for it, maids, a cook, guards, workers for the field and stables."
She made sure to show off that massive ring, or play with that sparkling necklace while she spoke. She would look away, but Ravenna knew he was looking not at her face but at her body, the line of that dress. The form of her cleavage as she would sob lightly.
"Well, I am glad you found your way to me. I have many slaves, and after a few meetings you will be able to pick out your very own." He spoke not even bothering to look her in the eye. His eyes looked down her dress.
"Thank you Mr. Montgomery." She smiled at him then sipped dainty at her tea. Ravenna knew he was looking at her like a piece of meat. But The Lady Luac just smiled at him, and batted her lashes.
