All my life I have walked trough the land, all my life I have keep silence. I'm not Kenshin. I am just a soul in this world of chaos an wicked causes, I am not a monk. I'm only a man looking for freedom, looking to free his soul from this madness trough the silence of the mind. I'm not a warrior, I'm the light that follows the night, the sun that comes when all dark is gone...

The monk walked trough the fields. Mount Yasuo was now too far, at the distance a cart appeared, it was a clue that civilization wasn't too far. He continued his way walking in peace, the man inside the cart -who looked like a farmer- looked at Kenshin with strange eyes. Wondering who was this mysterious man.

The monk quietly moved trough the road, holding his Naginata firlmy with his right hand. His deep blue robe danced with the wind and the brown armor protected his chest and shoulders. In his hip, a flute was hanging. It was his Sakuhachi, the instrument he used to meditate. He looked at the farmer, the man only blinked and continued his way, often looking back to see the wandering monk.

After some hours of walking. A group of three bandits came closer "Hey basket man...what ye doin' thes' lands" Kenshin stopped his way surrounded by the bandints. At the question of the criminal, Kenshin only responded in calm. "I'm here to travel friend. Please if you're so kind, let me continue my way" He tried to advance but the bandit pushed him, and the others laughind at the apparently hopeless man.

"Ye thin' yer tough with tha' weapn'" Han' ver the shinies mate!"Demanded the bandit. Kenshin only sighed and responded "I don't carry any currency friend. Please let me continue my way, I don't wish to harm any of you? The bandit blinked and said "No shinies? get im boys!" The bandits attacked Kenshin. One of them tried to hit his jaw but Kenshin only making a subtile move with his Naginata hit the man in the head with the long wooden handle. The bandit felt unconcious at this.

The leader of the group watched blinking again and stepping backwards a little. Kenshin was just standing there waiting for the others to attack or leave. Another attacked him from behind, the senses of Kenshin feeling that he hit the stomach of the man with the handle. The balde never cutting the flesh of those men. The rest attacked, trying to hit Keshin but utterly failing. With elegant and subtile moves he managed to neutralize the bandints, the only one standing was the leader who watched how his companions were beaten by the mysterious man.

Tripping in a stone and lying on the floor in fear he said "Please sir, don' urt me!" Kenshin looked down, the basket moving as he moved his head. He pointed the blade of the long spear to the throat of the bandit and said "You will go home, you will find an honest job and you will stop threatening travelers and commoners of this place" said the faceless monk. The bandit only nodded in fear and said Yes sir!, I'll fin' a good job, as ye say! Then the bandit stood and ran trough the road in fear. Kenshin sighed and looked to the bodies of the bandits who scared, they fled from him. He looked forward and continued his way, walking as nothing had happened.

The wandering monk arrived at RhyDin...
