Hunting a dragon is always a difficult task. whether it is looking for those who know of it or trying to find its lair, the hunt is the most difficult part.

Rhy'din is an unfamiliar hunting ground for Laictus and he is certainly unsure of where his quarry has hidden its self, but between the few who have seen it and those who wish to keep the information to themselves this hunt is proving a longer one. With heavy breath the Dragonslayer moved over the cobbled streets watching the shadow.

He could feel the sweat sticking to the leather coat he wore as he took each step. he was in no combat stance but he was walking as one cautious of every shadow should be. the smell the market held every other night had disappeared and it left the air stale and heavy. His senses burned as the thought he could be attacked remained heavily and constantly on his mind.

The spaceport, marketplace and docks where the places the people who had seen it had sent him. The spaceport was unusable and the docks had many places to hide at night, for now he made due with the marketplace and pushed himself on hunting the black and crimson dragon.

Reaching the fountain in the square he felt uneasy and unprotected, seeing as he had left Heron behind he was without a weapon he was accustomed to hunting feral with. Though he felt calling this dragon a feral was an insult to his prey, this dragon was cruel and intelligent, its wit matched even his own and its strength was unmatched by a dragon behaving as a loon. Worst of this according to description it matched the description of an Overlord class...
