Furthermore, the posters spouted "Why rent when you can own?!", "Conveniently located just blocks away from downtown!", "1, 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms available as well as two penthouses on the fifth floor!" and "Come, stop by today to negotiate a price for living space fit for a king like you!" when anyone was found looking at the poster.
