Dear Fiora,

I have sent my building manager, Xenia, to meet you in the condominium office in the morning. There is no specified time, whenever you are able works. She should be there all day. She will give you a copy of the master key so you can show off the available rooms. I have attached a copy of the prices for the condominiums and their availability. For the time being, I have set a 35% commission rate. I hope you find that to your approval; if not, please do not hesitate to reply to this and tell me what you think you deserve.

If you do exceedingly well in sales, I will definitely see to a bonus or a raise in the commission percentage.

Thank you again, and good luck in your ventures!

Regards, Alper Ergin

Alper had sent Xenia a letter that morning, asking her to wait around in the office to hand Fiora a copy of the master key so she could show off the condo space. Secretly, Xenia was relieved. It saved her the trouble of putting on the fake smile and dealing with prospective buyers herself.

Xenia requested time off at Riverview, and settled comfortably into the plush chair at the desk. She kept herself occupied with a worn and dusty book that lay open in her lap.

"Thirty five percent!?"

She squeed. Yep, that was the annoying noise that escaped her mouth. It was like a squeal gone wrong. The mutant hybrid child of a squealing whee sound.

She did what she did best. She busted a move. Okay, that really wasn't what she did best. But an acrobat in a former incarnation of herself left her crazily agile and when she did a booty shake it made all kinds of interesting things happen. "WOOt! wOOT! wOot!"

"OH YEA oh yEA oh YEA!"

She was still congratulating herself when she bounced inside the office, the head roll and the strut she had adopted after watching a little too much of the box with people in it, trapped forever to entertain others, called a telly. Sometimes Fiora wondered if the television really was hell.

Pause.

Whoa. The dark haired petite woman should have appeared to be harmless; yet, there was an energy about her that quite clearly said, tread lightly.

She cleared her throat all respectful-like, "Hello, you must be Ex In E A, I'm Fiora Shantalaine. RhyDin's Foremost Realtor, and I'm here to collect a key."

Xenia blinked owlishly, slowly looking up from her novel as if just awakening from a deep slumber. Honey traversed over Fiora's form for a brief moment before she reluctantly nodded. "Xenia," she corrected easily, shutting the book and rising from the chair. "It is nice to meet you, Fiora."

The novel was placed at the corner of the desk, nimble fingers delving into her pockets for said key. She finally procured the key, and extended it to Fiora with gloved fingers. "Here you go."

The diminutive woman looked eternally grateful to finally be passing the master keycard over. This would be her last weekend ever dealing with this mess, and she could hardly wait.
