So I was an idiot and decided to make Alper have this huge family who is also supposed to be in attendance for the wedding....which only makes everything that much more complicated.

I think I can manage Alper and his mother and father....but I fear it will leave all of his siblings to little background sentences here and there, scattered throughout the evening.

if anyone would be willing to play any of this 4 brothers or 2 sisters that would be greatly appreciated! The one that is the most important to be filled because Anya always picks on him is Bashir, who is the youngest and utmostly obnoxious. (and hey, if you want to keep them for play whenever, by all means! they're more yours than mine after this point! ;P)

Just wanted to say sorry to everyone for dropping off the face of the Earth! To say life threw a curveball would be an understatement! As much as I'd love to hang out this week, as previously intended, I have so much going on in between work, preperation of my last final and graduation that I have no idea if anyone will be seeing me anytime before next week.

Alright. So. I lied.

I'm semi-maybe-not-really back.

I've been exhausted every day I get off work, and I go straight from the office to one of my banquet jobs half the week. Needless to say, my brain has not been functioning as well as I'd like and RP has not been at the top of my list of things to do when I'm home, though it is at the top of my 'I'd LIKE to do' list.

Those of you who don't already know, I got said state job. But today I was asked to come interview with KPMG, which if you don't know who they are, they're a very, very prestigous Big Four accounting firm.

If I get this job, I don't know if I'll have to take a semi-permanent hiatus from RP or not because my hours will be 50 hours a week on average if not many, many more. I intend on quitting my banquet jobs if I do get it, so I'll hopefully have (some) weekends off.

I might start immediately, or I might not start until January. I wont know until the in-house, all-day interview.

I want to extend a veryveryvery hearty 'I'm sorry' and 'I miss you profuselyx2395704375034' and I'll keep you posted on my job status/RP status.

So just some OOC heads up about what?s going on with the Breaking Ground post and what?s going to be happening this summer....

Last fall, Alper commissioned Fio to do a large-scale mosaic installation, building a formal garden with a fountain in the currently empty courtyard space of the condos. He also bought a number of her paintings, and plans to work with Sivanna to host an open house to attract new tenants. The paintings will be displayed throughout the building, and during the open house, the courtyard project will be unveiled with Fio as the Summer 2011 artist-in-residence. While she won't actually live in the building, she will be spending considerable time there working and making herself available to interested parties.

This is a completely open SL - anyone who wants to post or join in, is welcome to do so! Come tour the condos and view the art once the open house has taken place. Before, during and after that, the construction is going to cause a mess for tenants until there are some walkways installed. Fio will be out there all summer working on laying tile and installing sculptural pieces and is open for interaction with tenants and members of the general public, too. Hopefully, as the summer progresses, people can enjoy the gardens taking shape. Reference what?s happening in your own SLs like it's a playable - because it is!

Hi, I'm still alive. I know I've been conspicuously absent for the last many moons in all shapes and forms. I'm sorry for putting everything on hold, but life has been a hectic mess at best.

I'm now married, moved into a new house, and a week away from my due date with this little munchkin.

I've been gone a long time and I don't know how soon I will be back, either. I have had about zero drive to write despite plenty of inspiration and ideas floating around. I haven't even been able to read, which for anyone who knows me, that's blasphemy! I deeply apologize for any inconveniences I've caused and hopefully I'll be back sometime in the nearer future rather than later.

If anyone has any questions concerning SLs or IC-relations, please don't hesitate to PM me or find me on IM: delicaciesxo to discuss or just catch up.

I know I've been super MIA but I swear I have a good excuse! I just got a new job (finally) with the county and I started this past Monday and I wanted to spend the last few weeks I had with my daughter as much as possible. Thank god I did that because now I'm lucky to see her for an hour or two only every day!

Thankfully, I'm so grateful to be back to work that it doesn't bother me as much as I thought it would....(Does this make me an awful mom or what?!)

I'm aiming to get some/a lot of posting done in November at the very least. Plus, I still gotta do that Barbie vs Duci bit!

Since Jon owns the condo that Johnny and Liv were living in, he will maintain ownership for the time being, and he and Vicki will use it for private getaways, at least for now. That is all! :)
