Spring water will be available near the buffet for those that wish a palate cleanser between courses. Various condiments such as dipping sauces and salad dressings are on the buffet table in individual servings. Larger bottles are located at the tables. Peanuts and other garnishes are available. There will be an open bar with coffee, tea, various soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages.

Catering is provided by Nicole's Bistro and Pizzeria in Old Temple, Rhydin, with the cooperation of the management and staff of Hatten Point's resort facilities. The wedding cake has been provided by Divine Delight's Bakery in Rhydin.

The cake is three double layers with whipped cream icing. Bottom layer is chocolate with raspberry filling. Second layer is vanilla with strawberry filling. Top layer is red velvet with whipped cream filling. The hand made sugar flowers include ivory and lilac roses, pink eustoma and blue thistles. Each tier is finished with dusky pink ribbon and delicate pale pink piped beading.
