I am writing to announce my resignation from The Riverview Clinic, effective two weeks from this date.
This was not an easy decision to make, on my part. The past several months have been very rewarding. I've enjoyed working for you and managing a very successful team dedicated to a the highest quality health care.
When I signed on as an obstetrician, it was with the intent to create a free clinic. The clinic that we created together met my expectations and more. The staff is outstanding and the healthcare is top notch.
Due to personal reasons, I have decided upon resuming my private practice. My decision to leave was a difficult one, but one I think suits both the clinic and myself.
Thank you for the opportunities for growth that you have provided me.
