The envelope looked like any other, having it addressed as "Lady Governor Kitty Helston." But the letter itself was a bit more complicated...Granted the writing was exceptionally well-done and rather professionally, but still; it was the meaning behind all of this was rather odd...
Lady Governor,
My name is Johnathan Tapole. I am the Harbor Master and Protector of the North RhyDin Harbors and it Port-Town—the very tip-top point of RhyDin country.
The reason why you and and a good amount of your citizens have not heard of it for due to the fact that the mayor of the Port-Town there placed an enchantment four years ago where if the whole of the towns-folk do not like an Outsider within four days, they are kicked out and the Port-Town and the Harbors are—to place it in easier terms—cloaked.
But I am not here to talk of the Harbors. The reason why I am here within the City is a fellow felon who is currently undergoing psychiatric help. He goes by the name of Renne.
I do not know when or if the said-psychiatric help has started...which more than highly likely it has.
But my concerns over him are more. I would say "more than you know," but I do not know if you are in love. For I am, with Renne. But if you are or ever were in love with one being whom you care about more than anything in all of the 'Verses, then I do hope you understand where I am coming from.
I wish to know, if you are allowed—or even know for that matter—all of the judiciary details. The trial details—date, who the lawyers are, judge, but not the jury since I know they are meant to be anonymous. But please, if you know anything that could help me, I would be eternally in your debt.
And if you do not know anything as of yet, that is perfectly alright. I will go find it on my own. Though it is difficult for an Outsider to gain any good information without some help from the inside.
It is not necessary at all for you to help. Hells, for you even to reply from this letter. It is only a polite demand from an Outsider who is in love.
