"Governor Easy-Bake

I'm going to try working up a menu, and something involving handing out bouquets of flowers.

The menu, I'm mid-research right now and working on fine tuning and organizing choices and tabling styles and the like.

I'll try to have something for y'all to go over, consider, and/or finalize by next week-ish. Sooner probably

Besides, what?s the fun of having culinary arts students if I don't put them to work yeah?

Rekah,

Several members of my family will have booths at the festival. As in past years, one of us will be on hand to officiate at wedding ceremonies during the Beltane activities. Anyone wishing a private ceremony or to arrange one in advance is asked to contact us via Nicole Brock at Nicole's Bistro in Old Temple or via Rhiannon Harker at the reception desk in the Observatory Complex.

If you have not decided on venue for the Ball this year and wish to have it at the Rhydin Observatory Complex and Botanical Garden, please contact Rhiannon Harker. With kitchen facilities and a cleaning crew on site, it could make things easier on the caterers.

I have been asked to tell you that, barring unforeseen circumstances, last year's May Queen, Rhiannon Brock, will be on hand to crown her successor.

Governor Silverblades and Lady Ravenlock:

I have not seen any details, save for date and time, published regarding the May Day Ball and, as of this writing, none of my family or the management of the ROCBG has been contacted regarding whether or not the facilities will be needed as a venue. Was there a misunderstanding regarding the offer that was made regarding the venue?

It is roughly one week from the announced date. It's not too late for us to pull something together if no one else has come forward or plans have fallen through. We have no desire, however, to step on the toes of those that might already be in charge.

A reply is requested.

Sincerely,

Colleen Fenner
