Silver looked down at the two lists before her, a lopsided grin of content sliding across her lips. In the week she had sent her Deputies out, they had managed to put together the beginning of a thorough list. The next step was to inform the public that the Ministry was looking for information.
Flyers were posted all around the governor's building and mailed out to the listed businesses. Each envelope that was mailed contained a stamped, addressed return envelope should the owner not wish to come to the Ministry in person. Registration sheets were also left outside the Ministry of Trade and Commerce, should any business that was not currently listed stop by to fill out the sought after information.
