A letter was routed to the Governor's office via standard mail.

To Whom it may concern;

My name is Caelyn Donovan. I am the proprietor of the Moonlight and Magic shop. With the Winterfest season upon us, I am inquiring as to the proper procedure for submitting a donation to the Small Business Relief Fund.

The donation will be based on a practice called the Tzedakah in Judaism. A box will be set up for the duration of the Winterfest event with the proceeds being forward to the Relief fund.

To this end, I would appreciate any help that can be provided in this endeavor.

Blessed Be; Caelyn Donovan The Witch of Moonlight and Magic

The reply came surprisingly swiftly, given the season, routed through standard mail:

For the attention of Ms Caelyn Donovan

Thank you so much for thinking of us. As you know, this time of year can be make or break for many small businesses, and it is a great relief to many to know that there is a safety net for those whose holiday income fails to meet their needs.

The process for donation to the Small Business Relief Fund is purposely simple. When your donations have been tallied and counted, please write a cheque to that amount for the S.B.R.F. This can then be handed into the main branch of the Goblin Bank, who will deposit said amount into the Fund itself.

Thank you again for your generous consideration of the smaller businesses in the city.

Wishing you a Wonderful Winterfest and high hopes for the New Year to come, Caroline Granger S.B.R.F. Committee Member
