A letter was delivered to the Governor's office addressed to The New Govnor, written in a child's handwriting with a drawing at the bottom that depicted Pharlen as a stick figure. It read:

Dear Misses Farlen,

Congradulations on winning the election!!! I'm sorry me and Lyneth didn't win, but you have lots of good ideas and I think you will be a good govnor.
