In light of current events in the city, the shelter recently built under the West Side Old Market Fire Station is open to help in housing and feeding some of the people displaced. Please inform Rhy'Din Public Social Works that there is room for about 50 people including adults and children. The shelter has a kitchen with dining area, showers, and laundry room. There are two bunkhouse type bedrooms for individuals and several rooms for family groups. Accommodations can be made for some pets such as dogs and cats.
While the urgent care facility wasn't scheduled to be opened until the end of January it, too, is opened to aid citizens in need.
