Respectfully I would request an audience with you. I will make myself available to you at your convenience. The matter at hand is intended to give disclosure on the state of Rhy"Din and the rise of its newest group of protectors. We have heard the call from the governor's office to the citizens of the city at large to aid as best possible in these hours of struggle. It is not unknown to us of certain plans in the Docks District. We represent the citizens because we are the citizens. All of us have some stake in the welfare and continuing prosperity of this city.
We are just a handful now, but the more we act on the behalf of those who cannot act for themselves the greater our numbers shall become. We are the citizens, the denizens loyal to order and to the preservation of life.
