Great lengths had been taken to compose this letter to the Governor. The letter she's composed to Ebon will express everything that words had failed at the meeting. It would be found beneath the door to his office in a white envelope with his name neatly written. Upon unsealing and opening the envelope, this letter greets Ebon's eyes:

Dear Governor Ebon,

At the most recent Hall meeting, there was discussion of individuals who had survived the explosion. Add to their need for accommodations the PTSD that they are no doubt suffering, and their personal Hell is complete.

I'm fully-aware that my citizenship here in Rhy'din is still considered to be its infancy, what with my only being here for five months after my two years prior to war. The war I had to fight back on my home planet of Terra had forced me to remove myself from Rhy'din for a total of six years. In that amount of time, like those who are affected by the recent events, I have lost everything. On my first day back in Rhy'din, I only had the clothes on my back, my saved-up money in safekeeping, and maybe a few pieces of food on my person to last me until I had secured a job. My hometown was also utterly destroyed.

Prior to my medical retirement from the military and my return to Rhy'din, my commanding officer had made sure to tell me, "The best way to cope with PTSD is to reach out to somebody who also has PTSD. They've been through the Hell that you've been through, and others are going through the Hell that you've been through." Remembering these words, I wish to lend my aid in whatever way is possible. Is there a thing I can do help and, if so, then how may I assist'

Thank you, ~ Reiko Souma
