The AmTamir patrols while hidden are hearing local criminals on all levels discussing rumors of another group dressed in black head to toe patrolling the city and being roughed up, by members of this patrol, for any information they have about a man, who may be in the area, who or what he is, is still unknown, the only description of him is that he is short with black hair with silver in it, blue eyes and a somewhat weathered face. His left hand is wrapped weather to hide it or protect it is unknown. Also he has control over the movement of shadows.

Another encounter with the two beings reported on Twilight Island has occurred this time within the city limits, and a visual, though only a brief outline, one is a large feline perhaps a third bigger than the Tamir on patrol, the other is bipedal general humanoid in form, but features that could identify race were not seen, probably due to some sort of full body covering. Both were moving quickly and silently through the trees and across rooftops. Again no indication of aggression was shown, it was more like the pair was looking for something or someone.
