The package that arrived at the governor's office was a simple black metal hinged box with a black metal hook and eye latch to keep it closed inside when opened were three things two black ovals 6in long, 3 inches across and 2inches thick across the center of the side showing where the oval divided in half ran two lines the one the top half polished silver and the one on the bottom half metallic blue, on one an attached note that said Governor on the other Watch Leader (an internal black hinge kept the two halves connected and in place either opened or closed) and a note of explanation

" First I wish to congratulate you on your reelections, and second an explanation of the two ovals they are communication devices, one for you, and one for the watch leader, simple open them and you will be in contacted with me. If you have not heard of me already the fine members of the watch have been aware of my partner and I for a while now and can no doubt fill you in.
