Dear Governor,

During the recent GAC meeting, there was discussion of the city's liability regarding the carousel that was recently built in the Marketplace. The Barony of Battlefield Park in association with the MacLeod Foundation hereby extends an offer to cover the costs of the city's full liability insurance for this worthwhile cause for a period of two years. This time limit will have no bearing on who controls the barony.
