Normally he made appointments in his usual fashion consisting of some loud t-shirt and bermuda shorts. However this was the Governor's office, that simply wouldn't fly. Instead he a t-shirt with the image of a bow tie and tuxedo on the front tucked into a pair of black dress pants and shined up black shoes with white spats.

True he could have called to set up the meeting, however he liked that personal touch to everything he did. Make appointments in person, don't call back, stop in and be a physical presence had always garnished the best results it seemed.

Trista smiled up at him, bemused by his formal wear.

Considers the dates and mulls over whether to just corner Fio at the meeting, ultimately decides against that course of action. "Tuesday will be fine. What times are available right now?"

By the choice word 'penciling' he knew that his meeting could get jumped around any which way based on level of importance between now and then. Which is fine, he just needed to know whether or not he'd be losing some sleep within the next few weeks.

"Right now, the afternoon is pretty open. She reserves Tuesday mornings after council night for press conferences and follow-up meetings."

The capable assistant glanced up from the calendar with an expectant air.

"That will be fine. Four o'clock work for the Governor's schedule?" still offering that pleasant smile as he took out his phone and made a note of his own, thumb dashing lightning quick across the flat screen.
